The staff was friendly, the hotel offered night shows, room was clean, breakfast was good, it was close to beach and most importantly, this hotel is Adult only. Our room was good also, but there was noise from outside throughout the night. The layout of the hotel, with rooms surrounding the pool in the middle, is well-designed. However, rooms, especially those in the corners, are prone to outside noises.

We enjoyed a seven day break at this hotel and were delighted by all aspects that contributed to a relaxing experience. The reception staff were particularly helpful during check in explaining many features which were available. Our large room with equally large bathroom was immaculately maintained during our stay. The restaurant provided an excellent choice of dishes to satisfy all needs, all beautifully prepared and presented. The staff were very helpful and attentive making sure our table was cleared when dishes were had been finished. While it may sound unfair to mention a particular member of staff, Miguel always had a smile and welcoming gesture and importantly a good sense of humour.

Nice quiet hotel. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. Happy and welcoming staff - got an exclusive dinner on a late arrival! New events on daily basis. The biggest drawback is that we got 2 single beds instead of the booked double-sized bed... The heating in the room was also not working. Dinners at the end got harsh by the staff, preparing for the next breakfast... Overall good hotel but not far from other 4-star hotels.

This hotel is amazing, the service, food and staff are so lovely I didn’t want to leave. There are a few things that could definitely be approved upon, such as updating the rooms to be a bit more modern to include an up-to-date hairdryer, TV, and maintain things such as doorhandles, but this is minor compared to the overall experience you get staying at this hotel. So much care goes into the breakfast and dinner, the food is such high quality and the chefs are fantastic. The pastries and cakes are all made fresh by the patisserie chefs each day and they are delicious, plus the meat and fish at dinner which are cooked in front of you. The pool and sun beds are also lovely and are surrounded by beautiful plants that are very well maintained by the gardeners. I’m glad the pool was so lovely as although the beach is stunning with crystal clear sea water, it’s packed with children and families so not ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing break. Mattress is also really comfy, plus towels are soft and fresh daily.

A week at CM Mallorca palace was amazing, staff were so organised and helpful form day one. Thanks. Morning breakfast had a variety of choices from hot & cold foods – Wonderful 😊 The outdoor poll was the best we’ve ever stayed in, with a bar for drinks and food. The rooms are spacious and well set out. Thoroughly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a quiet, short walk to the beach shops and restaurants. Lastly a big shout out to the manager Miguel in picture, very friendly professional person which made our experience at the CM Mallorca Palace a huge delight. See you all next year 😊😊
