I never leave google reviews but this was a must. When we arrived we were greeted with friendly faces. We had a little problem 3 days into our stay and Valentina was awesome. She fixed the problem and compensated us with many extras. A excellent host and a great asset to a great 5 star hotel. I hope she is paid well!
The hotel facilities and location are amazing and the staff are a great help and very friendly.
Supermarket downstairs which is very convenient and you are central to everything.
Highly recommend staying here

Check in experience was good. The suite was comfortable and I had a great view of the canal. There are plenty of eating spaces on the canal front. Dubai Mall was a 20min comfortable walk. Taxis were very easily available in the front porch. Breakfast in the executive lounge was good. The only negative - I asked for gluten free bread at breakfast time. And the chef sent up some frozen packaged rolls the next day to the executive lounge which of course I couldn’t eat. They were frozen solid.

I recently stayed at Pullman downtown.
The stay was pleasant.
Staff was welcoming… always with a greet and smile. We planned to celebrate our anniversary in Dubai and as soon as the staff to be particular CHRIS got to know that, he made it more special for us with a little surprise. Thanks a lot to him specially.
The pool was fun, breakfast menu was amazing and location is a huge plus point.
I will highly recommend this place for anyone any day.

Hotel is quite modern with views of Dubai’s water canal. Stayed on King superior room, bed and pillows are amazingly comfortable.
Front desk service are attentive to the guest’s needs.
Lobby and Foyer is quite modern but smal and can be crowded at times
Facilities includes a pool, gym,sauna and squash court.
25 minutes walk to Dubai Mall
