I didn’t do any research when i booked this place, went off a friends rec for location. And the location is perfect. Right in the middle of some great restaurants and bars with a 10 min walk to downtown or 2 min drive to highways to get around. Rooms were a little dated but I upgraded to a suite (recommend is able) wrap balcony and view was worth it. Bit of an older crowd so no as lively but i was okay with it. Only reason for 4 was the pool. I wanted to relax after hikes and it seemed to always have someone playing games with music blasting, was very annoying. Just had to play louder in my headphones - other than that I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

We loved this hotel, it had everything we needed. It was a special occasion and we had a bottle of fizz left in our room which was totally unexpected. The rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels & beach towels. Nice to have a robe & slippers in the room and all toiletries provided. The bed was very large and comfy. Nice balcony with mountain & city views. The room was a little bit tired, hence only leaving 4 stars, but this wouldn't put us off staying again. The staff were all very helpful, polite & friendly. Unfortunately I was unwell during our holiday and we decided to head home early - the hotel were very helpful to us. Beautiful, well kept pool areas - 3 pools to.choose from :-)

Our room was a good size - however I wouldn't expect towels and robes with holes in in a five star hotel. The air con was totally ineffective. i would also expect wifi and tea etc to be refreshed in this day and age. The pools are good. Breakfast had enough choice but getting coffee was a bit of a challenge. The staff in general were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us. We would probably try the other hotel next-door for a return visit. I think the hotel is in need of some updating.

Had a really pleasant 4-night stay with a lovely room overlooking the sea. The facilities were really nice and well maintained. The room was a little dated, but served us well. The pools were the highlight. Overall highly recommended!

Their attention to detail and proactive service significantly enhanced our visit. The hotel itself provided comfort and convenience, making our stay memorable for all the right reasons. Highly recommended for those seeking a seamless and pleasant lodging experience.
