High tea was spot-on perfect. No other will ever compare. The view is amazing. Service was excellent. They asked about food allergies and prepared a special selection of tea sandwiches and sweets made without milk for me. Extraordinary!

We made a visit to Reid’s Palace for cocktails before we went on elsewhere to dinner. The building inside is lovely and the grounds look wonderful. The cocktails were so tasty and so were the complimentary nibbles. The whole experience was very special and the drinks were a cut above. Although we didn’t sit outside, we had a great view from the bar lounge (see photo). Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming which was nice seeing as we weren’t staying at that hotel.

Third time we’ve had afternoon tea here and somehow it seemed less special, maybe it’s familiarity I’m not sure. All the food is lovely stuff, views are peerless. I just felt the service was less than you’d expect. We were at the side of the balcony and had to chase up tea and coffee twice. Beware the invitation to have a glass of champagne before you start, that’ll be €28 per glass on top of the €45 for the afternoon tea. “Chocolate scones”? Err. No.

Came here for cocktails and had the most amazing time! Service was absolutely incredible - have to give Jason a major shoutout for being so kind and wonderful! Exquisite drinks and super tasty complimentary homemade bar snacks!

Best afternoon tea of the island. Very tasty products. Wonderful service. They offer a very unique experience here. It can even be combined with a tour of their private garden that includes very rare plants. A must see
