We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night at the hotel and looking forward to going back. As Melia Gold member, we were upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the Reserve pool even though we didn’t have a Reserve room. The hotel is clean and the gardens inside are gorgeous although would be good to get a renovation at some point. Lots of restaurants and bars, never got bored for a moment. Entertainment was excellent and Ramon, the entertainment manager, was a delight to be around. All the staff is friendly and accommodating. I don’t eat meat and I didn’t struggle with the food options at all. Overall lovely experience

5 star all inclusive hotel situated at the "nicer" end of Costa Teguise. The quality and choice of food is excellent. Service is some of the best I have experienced - everyone very polite and welcoming. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are very well kept and comfortable - beautiful gardens and lovely big pool and easy access to 2 nice beaches. Many complimentary fitness and pilates classes each day and group excursions. Has well equipped gym.
Choice of 4 restaurants all very nice although the main buffet restaurant is hard to beat. Complimentary drinks - decent quality wines, beers and cocktails.
Chose which side of the hotel you want your room...SE gets the morning sun and shade in the afternoon; SW visa versa.
You will find it difficult to drag yourself away but you must visit the many unusual and exceptional sights on the island - car hire easy from and delivered to hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed 7 nights here, in a reserve junior suite. Couldn't recommend highly enough! Room was well presented, very spacious and had a brilliant view of the ocean.
The food and cocktails in the various bars and restaurants were delicious! Two points of improvement would be labelling of food is sparse so people with strict dietary requirements may be tentative and the non-buffet restaurants were harder to book than Glastonbury tickets, we discovered logging in at midnight when the new slots were released was the only opportunity, albeit the buffet was exceptional (and doesn't need booking) which softened the blow.
Brilliant location, very walkable to a number of nice beaches and local bars/restaurants.
The evening musicians were the best we have ever experienced at a hotel, really talented and varied each night.
The spa was very nice too, we enjoyed a 50 minute relaxation massage which was indeed very relaxing. This spa was a little unassuming, tucked away on the lowest level and didn't get alot of marketing so could be easily missed if not aware.

A big thank you for a wonderful week in your hotel.It is a fantastic location with delicious food in all outlets. The all inclusive concept is very good and we knew it from other Paradisus hotels, nevertheless the Reserve option is worth the money and I am a fan of the add ons. And your staff makes your hotel to a unique place. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and very caring. Especially the team around Cloe and Chandni, also all waiters in all the restaurants, the housekeeping staff and everyone I might not have mentioned. They show a very caring attitude and offer the exact balance between professionalism and a very personal touch.
And the varied program of activities is also worth to be mentioned!
We will definitely come again!
