Breakfast was good, plenty of food selection, different types of teas, coffees and juices. But, evening meal times you were expected to pay for your water! Food at that time wasn't the best. The top floor restaurant, Blue17 great view of the surrounding area, food wasn't as expected. Best of everything was the Spa! That is a must! Really good, staff very professional, and the deep tissue massage is simply heaven!

Staff in dining room were all very polite and helpful. Particularly Jorge, Desire and Rita. They could not have done any more to make us welcome, they were able to answer our questions. Rita served us on our first evening and was so lovely. Jorge even gave some helpful suggestions of places to go. Desire helped us with wine choices. These staff are to be praised.

I thought the hotel was very good. The staff is very polite and friendly. The room we stayed at overlooking the ocean was great. The view was very relaxing. I loved the fact that you can open the curtains with a button. The room was very clean and comfortable. The coffee machine is a great touch. Negatives are: the bed had a dip in the middle - time to replace the mattress. The TV was on the side, so you had to watch it at an angle from the bed. The towels were a bit old, time to change them for new, fluffy ones. And as soon as you leave the room, a strong smell of fry up in the hallway. With regards to the food, the breakfast was good with a good variety of options. Staff attentive and polite. Dinner was good as well, however the hot food was cold, especially the paella. We tried it every night and it was tasty but cold. The other hot options were not hot. By the time you put it on the plate and take it to your table, when you start eating it it's gone cold. Also, I was surprised to see that the same staff working the breakfast was also working the dinner... the guy cooking the eggs in the morning was the same guy cooking the meat and fish at dinner, he looked tired. The swimming pool area I didn't love... The pool was surrounded by artificial grass which I found unhygienic. The sunbeds are pretty much all taken as there are only a few available... So we had to sit on a chair... The area outside the hotel, Arrecife, I found very run down with not much going on.. I would highly recommend to hire a car and get out and explore the island.

Great hotel with beautiful rooms, great views, central location being very close to the beach. The pool had a roof so it wasn't too cold in November, there were enough loungers for all. We did a day trip on a catamaran with the hotel that we really enjoyed. Service was hit and miss in the restaurant however the rest of the facilities made up for it. I would highly recommend it for a relaxing trip.

Very pleasant. Spectacularly scenery. Nice polite service. Not too expensive. We had scrabbled egg on toast. Toast may break the delicate teeth. But egg and bacon lovely. All round a nice place to drop in.
