I found a bit confusing that the name at the entrance of the hotel was different. I don’t know if this is because they changed the name recently or what, but it is very confusing. The staff at the reception was very nice and friendly, very welcoming. But when I left the receptionist was on the phone and took my key without even saying goodbye The room is a bit basic but very clean, lovely views of the beach from the balcony. I was missing a bin in the room, there is one in the bathroom but it would have been good to have a bin in the room. Lovely detail to have a fruit plate and a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome gift. Breakfast was ok, typical buffet breakfast. It was great to have access to the beach from the hotel.

Overall very good hotel. Recently changed hands and hopefully will get the refurbishment it deserves. Rooms are a little tired and dated. Pool area good with plenty of sunbeds, but sadly the pool itself is unusable as the water temperature is unbearably cold, which is confirmed with no one actually in it! Food choices are very good in the Buffet restaurant, but again, sadly like the pool isn't warm enough! Hopefully the new owners can address the current issues and bring the hotel up to where it should be, as the location is excellent for easy access to everything in Costa Teguise!

We stayed here for two weeks and it is an absolutely beautiful place and location to stay! Staff are extremely hard working at making sure you have everything you need and want. We did need our room key changing multiple times throughout the two weeks as it would stop working which was slightly annoying but not a major problem. There are plenty places that you can walk to around such as shops, food places, aquarium 15 minutes or a waterpark within a half an hour walk away. The food was really nice however there isn’t very many options if your on the slightly pickier side like me and my partner so we did eat out a few days, was nice and warm whenever we would eat at the hotel though. Drinks were always at hand with a nice variety. Room was really nice with a lovely view of the pool only issue would be the beds as we went for as a couple however forced to sleep in two single beds pushed together and on wheels which were constantly moving and we did only have two channels on the tv one being the Disney channel. The pool was quiet so was really nice to relax around the pool with plenty sunbeds.

We were recommended to be live experience Lanzarote,..it didn't disappoint. The staff were professional & polite in the hotel. The entertainment guys were great around the pool area..they wouldn't hassle you too much. You had lots of choice of different foods to eat; even if you were fussy, you would still find something to eat;; & there were plenty of hot plates. Our room was very clean & we loved how spacious it was. The cleaners came everyday & did a fab job. The hotel is in a perfect location for the beachfront & bars & restaurants. We will be back...absolutely loved the hotel.

Good hotel food very good as were the rooms. Rules like no towels to reserve sunbeds not upheld. The restaurant was very good. However, a clear indication of which dish is vegetarian would make it great
