Outstanding! the staff exceeded all expectations. Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making our stay comfortable. Rooms are spotless. Perfectly situated , providing easy access to attractions. Scenic views and proximity to local landmarks. The hotel restaurant offers delicious meals with a diverse menu and the Star Prestige Pool bar the best cocktails! Check-in was smooth, thanks to friendly and efficient staff. Star prestige is a fantastic upgrade. Top-notch pool and the bar staff at the pool is a tremendous resource! Always taking care of your drink and making sure your glass is always full. SPA facilities are nice. The fitness center features modern equipment and is well-maintained . Counting to be back again!

The best hotel I have ever been to. The food quality and choice is absolutely amazing. The staff at the star prestige bar and the best there is. They are always happy, cheerful and ready to fill up your drink when you're empty in the best way! Would 1000% recommend to anyone thinking about book this hotel. You will not be disappointed!

From start to finish, the whole experience has been brilliant. I can't believe the quality of food that is served here. The variety and quality are excellent. The staff are wonderful and can't do enough for you. We will certainly be coming back. It's worth the extra money for the experience. A special shout out for the staff at the pool bar. These guys and girls work very hard and bring so much joy to all they serve. Beware the special mojitos!

Iberostar Lanzarote is a wonderful getaway. Great location, star prestige facilities are gorgeous. The staff are universally lovely, hard working and fun! The pool bar staff look after you with great energy and smiles. The hotel is clean and the food choice is wide ranging. I’ve been 4 previous times and will come again.
