We had a fabulous Golden Wedding Anniversary holiday at this hotel. Our room was amazing with sea views and fantastic service, a generous gift of sparkling wine and delicacy on our arrival was greatly appreciated. The cleaners were very friendly and efficient, also brought us clean towels for the room and pool every day. The food was delicious with a very good variety, served by such helpful and friendly staff, always with a smile even though they worked so hard! We enjoyed all our meals in the various different dining settings. We also made use of all three swimming pools and loved the great evening entertainment and the bar staff were very attentive and gave excellent service. We really appreciated your excellent hotel and all the facilities and would be very happy to return!

The best all inclusive hotel I've ever stayed in!! Staff are amazing there. I was waiting in line with my empty coke glasses to take to the bar and a member of staff took them for me. You are literally not to lift a finger in the eyes of the staff, it's amazing. The room was nice but nothing special however theview out the balcony was pretty poor. Also, the hair dryer on the wall got ridiculously hot to use during use. Nothing that affected us though so we didn't mention it to reception.

Beautiful hotel just 10 minutes walk from the old town. Rooms were comfortable, some looked a little more tired than others but the beds were the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. There was always a great choice of food, in abundance, always freshly prepared. We were there for the first week of the season so some restaurants weren't open all hours, but the operating hours were always advertised. Great variety of drinks, something for everyone. Pools were cold, which is the norm for this time of year but didn't stop me going in for a daily dip. The sea across the road was the same, very refreshing. The absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone greeted you with a smile, were genuinely interested in ensuring our experience was everything we wanted, and more! I would definitely return, just for the warmth and enthusiasm of the staff, everything else was a bonus

Excellent service throughout our stay. We had booked a sea view room & my son was upgraded to the same at no extra cost. Great choice of food options available (until 4am!) Plenty of room around the pools & good evening entertainment. Teenage granddaughter loved the shops in nearby Old Town & also the history of the island. Well worth a visit, hope to return soon.

Fantastic staff, nothing is too much. The dining standard for an all-inclusive is very high indeed. Great choice, fresh and flavoursome, you won't go hungry. In fact you will come home finding the seat on your plane little tighter than it was on the way here if you don't exercise a little restraint. Three pools, a great outdoor space for evening drinks, three poolside restaurants for grazing between meals. I can't find anything wrong here whatsoever. 100% recommend.
