We were there for a week April 20th to 27th and it exceeded all my expectations .We had never done an all inclusive before and this was a wonderful intro. The hotel itself was beautiful, spacious and although there were about 700 people there it never seemed crowded. All of the staff wore very elegant and distinctive uniforms and were all extremely polite , highly efficient and kept the whole place running like a Swiss clock. The entire hotel was spotless and the service impeccable. The pools areas are huge and the sun loungers go all the way from there down to the beach. There are superb kiddie areas and tasty snack sections serving all areas outdoors.There is a main restaurant area with wonderful food and fantastic service . The variety of food would suit everyone's dietary needs. There are also 5 specialist restaurants serving Greek, Italian, Mexican, Asian and Sushi and we tried them all. Fantastic quality . We have travelled quite a bit particularly around Europe and we can honestly say Mitsis was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The fact that everything , food all day , drinks all day if you wanted were all free was quite incredible. Certainly in terms of value for money for an all inclusive deal it was fabulous. Our compliments to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and we will return for sure. Ciaran and Eileen from Ireland.

What a wonderful holiday. This was our second visit to this hotel and the first time we have ever been to the same place twice. From the minute we returned this time we were greeted and remembered by the night porter (sorry we did not get your name) and said to us welcome home which we would not expect as there must be thousands of visitors each year! We were given on arrival a cold flannel and some prosecco which was lovely after a tiring journey. Food in the buffet was good and varied and we liked to sit outside where Panos looked after us so kindly each day and also knew us from last year, nothing was too much trouble for him. Beach was sandy and beautiful and Nikos worked so hard there to make sure everyone had a cocktail in hand. Food in the a la carte restaurants was exceptional and I had some of the best pasta ever in the Italian restaurant although we enjoyed them all. Only one small suggestion is that I would have loved to be able to get maybe a sandwich or gyros at the pool bar at lunch time but we certainly enjoyed the crepes there. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality of everyone there at the hotel and we hope to come and see our friends in Rhodes again soon.
