We were here in October 2023 as a German family of four. We loved every minute of our two weeks stay. Hospitality was excellent, the food was authentic Greek cuisine, the service was very good, rooms were clean and towels and sun chairs were provided free of additional charge. Five different pools and the beach invited you to take a bath at a different place every day.
There are three on site restaurants, with the one at the beach becoming our favourite (don't expect much variety for lunch there, but the taste was just great as was the scenery.
We also rented a car from the local Euro car rental, which was hassle free.
When I asked on the last day whether we could buy one of the comfy large blue towels, the staff just gifted me two which remind us of this great holiday ever since, back home in our bathroom.

It really was like a village with multiple pools, bars, restaurants and even shops, set along a beautiful beachfront location. All the staff were smiling, saying hello and working hard to make guests feel welcome and enjoy their holiday, from the lovely Elena and her team in the restaurant, the friendly young lifeguard at the fontana pool to the ladies who cleaned the rooms. The food was great, plentiful and varied especially considering they were catering for large numbers. We had a lovely relaxing week at mitsis cretan village!

I had a wonderful holiday in October in this hotel. Very friendly staff, great for children, great animation team and super sport offers. I am vegan, there was always some vegan food and the food was really delicious! It was beyond my expectations. I am happy I chose this hotel.
