We love the Melati hotel. The privacy is a huge winner for us. Beautiful beachfront tip top hotel. The 2 restaurants are excellent and if you planing to come with kids we highly recommend to take the villa with the private pool. The hotel is far a way from the city. 20-30 minutes ride, but the hotel offers 2 a day free ride to the city. There is 2 pools in the hotel. We used only the one by the sea.

One of my favorite place to stay in Koh Samui, it exceeded my expectations. I celebrated my Birthday here, they made my occasion very special. First, We were looking for somewhere quiet where we can relax, this place had everything. Room was spacious with our own private pool, had everything we needed. Love their restaurants, great breakfast buffet. Love the bar next to the pool, variety of drinks. The staffs was amazing, very kind & polite. I highly recommend this amazing place, I can't wait to comeback again.

Melati Beach Resort & Spa is a luxurious resort located on Koh Samui's northern coast, near Choeng Mon Beach. Our initial experience here was very negative due to the fact that we had a booking problem and the room we wanted was not ready. The unhelpful “manager” going by the name “June” was practically kicking us to the curve like trash, and even began to yell at us when we were asking to speak with someone else. In consideration of the rest of the fine staff at this hotel I will not be posting that video at this time… Despite that, we had a very positive experience once the real manager, Mr. Noni stepped in to address the situation and help us resolve the issue. Noni and the rest of the staff here have been incredible and helpful, effectively turning out grown ups side down and making our return to this lovely hotel more like in the future as I highly recommend it to friends, colleagues, and family. The resort features elegant villas and suites set amidst lush tropical gardens or with stunning sea views. The accommodations are spacious and well-appointed, offering a blend of traditional Thai design and modern amenities. Melati Beach Resort & Spa boasts a range of facilities and services, including a large swimming pool, a spa offering a variety of treatments, a fitness center, and several dining options including a small library, a Game Center, and a poolside bar. The resort's two restaurants serve a mix of Thai and international cuisine, and there's also a beachfront bar where you can enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset. The resort is known for its attentive service and tranquil atmosphere, making it a popular choice for couples and families looking for a relaxing getaway in Koh Samui. Note that Amazon and Netflix take forever to buffer. Disney+ not available. The WiFi Internet is unreliable, so forget most streaming on your mobile devices unless it’s short videos on social media and maybe YouTube. The view beachside Restaurant sometimes takes forever. Really bittered up one of our evenings when we waited 54 minutes for our meal to be delivered finally around 9:50pm. Last call is at 10pm/22:00, so we weren’t even able to place an order for dessert even though we were still hungry from the small portion once we were finally able to eat. Despite the small stuff we considered bad, we still had a great stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing experience on the island.

My wife and two children stayed at the magnificent Melati Beach on the 26th March for 10 nights and had an amazing holiday. We stayed in a family pool villa which was absolutely stunning. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming with particular mentions to Fon and Sunny who always seemed to go that extra mile and always had a welcome smile. The food is fantastic and well priced. I dare say that you can get slightly cheaper however, when you look at the amount of staff, the quality of ingredients and the setting it is exceptionally well priced and delicious. We really enjoyed our holiday here. The resort is beautiful & well taken care of, the staff are very helpful & friendly too. The rooms are lovely and the cleaners do an excellent job everyday. There is also a turn down service & a staff member brings little sweets for you to enjoy along with interesting information - very nice touch. The food is very nice & we attended the beach bbq which had a fire show. This was excellent & I would definitely recommend. This is a family friendly resort & there is plenty of things for children of all ages to do, my son (toddler) really enjoyed the children’s club.
