Amazing hotel, period.
The staff is incredible and the attention to detail is palpable in every corner. The rooms are spacious with incredible views but to have a private beach is what makes this place truly unique.
Be aware that there is not much around to see, however, the hotel offers activities and very romantic plans that you can do with your partner, so nothing to worry about.
Stayed 4 nights and couldn't enjoyed it more.
Overall 10/10. Is worth the price.

This is a boutique hotel located in paradise, nestled among jungle vegetation, with its own private beach in a bay inlet. Our room was very spacious with its private bath in the balcony overlooking the stunning views. The staff were so friendly, and catered to our every request,when needed we could order a golf buggy to collect us from our room to the breakfast dining restaurant. It always arrived promptly.I cannot fault the impeccable service of this hotel, all was smooth, unhurried, the beach staff spoiled us, bringing chilled water frequently and arranging the towels on the sun loungers. We ordered a couple package Thai massage on a beach deck near the shore. Out of this world, romantic getaway and also catered for families and children. One of the most enjoyable pampering hotels we have stayed in and we would recommend this hotel to our family and friends

From the moment we arrived at Gary Tongsai Bay, we were made to feel so welcome and at home, checking out felt like saying goodbye to friends.
The staff are extremely hard working and always go the extra mile. They brought a birthday cake for my partner at breakfast without being prompted which was a lovely gesture.
There's a great selection of events and free watersports equipment on the beach.
The grounds are extremely beautiful and loved having the beach a stone throw away from the pool. Plenty of loungers to go around and when you arrive by the pool, the staff will lay your towel and constantly top you up with water.
Upon arrival it seemed the room we booked wasn't actually available so were instead given an 'upgrade', which was just a large family room with two extra beds that we didn't need. We would have preferred to stay in the room we booked as it was closer to the beach & pool.
On a couple of occasions, requests we made via WhatsApp weren't completed so always best to double check in person to make sure taxi's have been booked and hotel restaurant reservations have been made.
There's a buggy that can collect you from your room and take you to the pool or lobby, occasionally you would have to wait 10/15 minutes which could be a pain.
Overall I would recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

A very beautiful hotel nestled within a tropical bay. The sea view suite had priceless views of the island and was neatly designed. The bar and restaurant area was quite romantic and the food was delightful. The staff was very courteous, polite especially THUNDER who was absolutely fabulous. He made us feel very welcomed and also performed a mini thread ceremony during the check-in. Thank you buddy! If you are looking for a luxurious stay away from the parties but not too far from the centre areas then this place is it. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and thoughtful breakfast setup with lots of sustainability focused details to explore. Try the carrot-potato hash browns, where they utilize the pulp remaining from making carrot juice - obviously have one of their great fresh juice blends too!
