Great location with many good restaurants inside the hotel. Rooms are nice and clean, although the bed/mattress was too hard for me.
The kids club have fun activities and kind people who take good care of your children while you can relax at the pool.
Good gym at the hotel with great equipment to do your daily workout.

My recent stay at the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, was marked by disappointment and dissatisfaction. While the location boasted stunning views and convenient beach access, the overall experience fell short. The food buffet was a major letdown, with limited variety and poor quality despite the exorbitant prices. To compound matters, both my partner and I fell ill after consuming the food after 30 minutes, further adding to our dismay.
Despite reaching out to the management team via email, the response was disorganized and lacked coherence. Multiple managers claimed to be investigating the matter, yet there was a glaring lack of concrete action, highlighting poor management practices.
Furthermore, the high rates charged by the hotel felt like a rip-off considering the subpar experience. While the amenities and service were commendable, they could not compensate for the disappointing food quality and pricing.
Overall, the combination of poor food quality, illness, and lackluster management has led me to the decision that I will not return to this hotel in the future. The overall experience was far from satisfactory, and I would caution others against staying here for both the rip-off pricing and poor food quality.

Absolutely loved this resort! Kudos Marriot for getting this right! Beautiful pools and right on the beach! Great restaurants and shops on the property. Walking distance from many other restaurants as well. Very safe area and lots of security on the resort property.
The waterfront view from the room was to live for. As Elite Members we had all day access to the M Club. It has a less crowded breakfast buffet, ocean views and a happy hour. You can also grab snacks at the M Club during off hours.
The only problem we had in the resort was at Above Eleven Restaurant. Their Seafood Rice was pretty awful. Our server Sanjay, who was excellent at what he did, tried to rectify things by removing the charge from the bill and adding dessert for us. The manager never visited our table and charged us for the (goodwill) dessert.😳

Been a long time customer at Marriott hotels and this one is no different. It’s in an excellent location with a private beach. The service is very nice (thank you Yasasi) and love the choice of eateries nearby.
However, this hotel is on the pricier side compared to hotels next door like Fairmont. The hotel is also quite crowded and kinda killed the romantic vibe. So they definitely have some competition there. Parking is also horrible in the area since it being the palm. Either take a taxi or use the hotels valet parking. But keep in mind that if you’re just visit the beach, you’d end up paying for the valet service.
