I would recommend this resort to anyone. The staff was excellent. We went for our anniversary and they remembered our name and our anniversary everyday. Our butler Albert Garcia Sanchez was the best , if we needed anything he took care of it immediately and done a little extra for us for our anniversary. I would also mention that the Prestige group Daniela and Mark Perry helped us a lot by understanding the program because we were ready to give it up and be done with and I give them a special thank you and we upgraded with them.

Had a wonderful week here. Thought the way the resort is laid out makes for a great uncrowded relaxing stay with great pool and beach front to lounge at. The various bars were well stocked and the staff was very friendly.
Rooms were very nice and clean, and although we had an issue with our phone and TV remote, they eventually got replaced after some discussions with the front desk.
Food was adequate but not spectacular, on the whole; that being said, the Italian restaurant and Taco bar were excellent, though. There were some evening and daytime activities, but it wouldn't hurt to see more. It also would be great to see a games room with billards, air hockey etc. Although there is an outdoor giant chess game, if foul weather approaches, you're a bit limited on activities, so an indoor games room would help.

For us to participate in daily activities. Tamara from the entertainment team was particularly inclusive always getting us to join in. We also enjoyed the spa and we able to utilize the spa facilities. We look forward to coming again.

As a family of 4 with 2 young kids we really enjoyed our spring break vacation here. The vibe of the resort is very chill and carefree ! The staff was so attentive. The kids especially loved the daily crafts with kids club team Landy and Tania. We painted, made beaded lizards, and cute cherry bracelets! Teresa at concierge was wonderful, warm, and helpful. We were able to enjoy all the resort has to offer. My daughters had their hair braided by Mary in the spa and she was so wonderful ! She also gave me a massage and facial and she was so sweet, professional, and talented. I will definitely request her again! The food options at breakfast were amazing. Everything was very clean. Serenia with Housekeeping was amazing ! She Created fun animals from towels for the kids and kept our room tidy the whole stay! The beach was clean and the sand was so soft. The water was calm and perfect for the kids and there were plenty of pools around ! We got floating tacos at the SOS pool and that was amazing. Rita’s tacos was so good ! It was my favorite restaurant at the resort ! We cannot wait to come back.

Antonio was wonderful in the beach house always smiling and making us laugh.
The mixologist made wonderful drinks and never failed to put a smile on our faces.
