Went here for a trip for 5 days. The resort is very calm and not very active in terms of socializing. The entertainment in the resort is not that good either. It is a lot bigger than it seems in pictures. It was more for family or couples. They have plenty of food options some of the items were hit or miss but good for the most part. I can pretty much say the same thing about the service in restaurants. Def do the Mexican night by the theater if you can. The drinks were good. The staff were very friendly. The only complaint about the room is there is limited privacy since the bathroom is more of an open concept. Also, on our last day they misplaced our luggage as we were leaving and our transportation ended up cancelling on us without refund because they couldn’t wait for the staff to find it. We ended up having to order a new one ourselves and the bellboy manager had to pay out of his pocket for the reimbursement. This felt very weird because it felt as if we were just taking money from him and wish the resort took more responsibility and had better measures for things like this. We were a bit on a time crunch since we had a flight to catch, otherwise we would’ve preferred handling this other ways. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I truly cannot say enough good things about our stay at majestic. They have thought of every single detail from the moment you arrive to make sure you have an amazing vacation. Our butler Jose was absolutely wonderful and attentive whenever we needed anything. The rooms were stunning, the view was absolutely insane, the staff was so friendly and genuine. The restaurants were beautiful and the food was good, tons of options & very allergy friendly. I am having some serious post vacation blues and I already can’t wait until we get to go back!!!

This is the nicest hotel I have had the pleasure of staying at and the staff were the #1 reason why this hotel is the best one I've stayed at. I've never been somewhere, where every single one of the staff members were so incredibly nice. They went above and beyond in every single aspect that they could. The hotel was also incredibly clean. Did not matter what time of day it was, someone was always either cleaning or gardening. The food was also amazing. The buffet was the best buffet I've ever had. The layout of the hotel was also pretty cool. I've also never had "hydro therapy" before, but that experience was one of the coolest things I've done in my life. My body felt like a complete reboot after an hour of that. There's so many good things I could say about this hotel, I could write a book about, but to emphasize how amazing the staff there is, is the reason why the hotel is the best one I have ever been to. Thank you for a great time.

The amenities at this resort were very good. They had an especially large amount of canopy lounges around the resort and on the beach. We didn’t have to wait in lines at any point for anything. Lots of nice clean bathrooms. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The food was mostly good, sometimes great, never bad. Pretty consistent and lots of customization options. Jesus and Estrella on the activities staff were a lot of fun and kept us entertained. The entertainment was also high quality.

Oh my goodness, my husband and I just had the most amazing time at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres! The resort is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the beach and top-notch facilities. The staff, like Ana the wedding photographer, Edgar the bartender, and Maria the wedding coordinator, were all so friendly and made our stay unforgettable. Ana captured the most beautiful moments of our wedding, Edgar knew our names and served up the tastiest drinks with a smile, and Maria ensured that every detail of our wedding was perfect. The food, oh my goodness, it was sooo delicious! From the mouthwatering dishes at the buffet to the gourmet options at the specialty restaurants, my taste buds were in paradise. Plus, the entertainment team kept us entertained with fun activities and shows throughout our stay. I can't recommend this place enough! It's the perfect spot for a dreamy vacation and destination wedding.
