Upon arrival I was met with a very cold and distant person working the front desk. I was not told I would be paying $164 (paid on booking site) plus an additional $140 for the room. Once I turned to leave a gentleman approached the desk to complain about the smell of his room. They call themselves a resort but this would put all resorts to shame. I get it they're cheap but that's all. They're not clean, they reek of bleach, mold, and mildew. There was black mold painted over you could see it in patches on the ceiling and there was more easily visible in the door frame of the bathroom. The carpets look like they've never been cleaned nor were they properly installed in the first place! There are weird stains everywhere most of them are an orange brown color which gave off the feeling of old blood stains. The beds are probably older than me, the outside appeared run down, and the door to our room didn't feel secure. We booked for multiple nights but left after attempting to stay for one night after not being able to sleep due to not feeling safe or comfortable. I was also starting to feel ill due to the horrid smells that we tried to cover up with air freshener. Don't listen to the positive reviews they're most likely people the owners/workers know who are leaving good reviews to make people feel like it's not as bad as it is but it is!! Many businesses do this to stay afloat and the only people who can dispute the reviews are the businesses owners so why would they dispute a good one?? Spend an extra $40 a night for a better, cleaner, safer place!

The location and price make it worth the tiny outdated rooms. We booked a king with a sleeper sofa pool view. When we first checked in they gave us a double bed room so we had to go back and get that fixed. When we did get the king it was decent size, but out dated and dirty. Be prepared with your own cleaning supplies. Fridge was a decent size, no microwave. We spent most our time out but we did spend a few days at the pool, which was really nice for the kids. They did have a playground but it was sand around it and lots of stray cats so I didn't feel comfortable letting my kids play there. Theres put put too but we were to scared to stick our hands in the holes to play, it doesn't look like they try to keep it up. As far as a vacation on a budget, it's good. Just beware there will be ants, dirty bathroom, lots of cats, and sunshine. It is what you make it, we bought a shower curtain and lots of Clorox, oh and sheets and towels. Oh and if your a single lady, just beware there's no camera in the laundry room, but there is a door which freaked my wife out when she first went to wash, so we did it together.

I didn’t have any issues with bugs like the other reviews, but I do agree on mold. It’s definitely in spot that are hard to miss. It takes more that just changing sheets to clean a room properly… speaking of sheets, why was there only one blanket that was so thin I could see through it a mile away? 😂 the service was mid, the resort fee wasn’t too crazy compared to the hotel I’m currently in. The location is great, next to everything and I always love me a busy road. My room was all the way in the back so i had peace at the same time. I didn’t give 5 stars on location due to the place not being so visible. More lights are definitely needed. The room was nice and clean, no foul odors, but the rug was kinda gross.

The room definitely was what you pay for, I Will NEVER stay here again! Let me list all the problems we had. First off the room just did not look clean it looked like they just tidy it up. The fridge was leaking water and would freeze the food, and there was also no coffee pot (not that i care but it says its provided) and the appliances are rusty, we had no cold water at all! The shower was what it felt like close to boiling point, we let the front desk know and said someone will get to it, someone did check it and i guess just took off parts from the shower because it was NOT FIXED! The shower would drain so slow so it backed up a lot, so did the sink, the handles were broken and no longer there either, there was bugs and roaches, the corners on the floor were dirty and im sure there was mold, also the outlets looked so dirty and nasty. We stayed for 6 days and would not do any room service until we asked and they only did it one day out of the 2 requested. Majority of the amenities were closed. Pool looked dirty. The ice machines do not work. The phone, alarm clock and some lamps did not work (were there for decoration) there were no doors on the wardrobe either, the AC would not cool to the set temperature and lastly the doors looked like anybody could break in. Pros: was close to Disney, several restaurants near by, and the bed was a bit comfortable. If you can afford a couple more dollars I would definitely stay somewhere else

Ive stayed here for a couple nights and the room are clean. Nice comfortable beds. They have the option of a king size with a couch or two double which is very convenient for bigger groups. Very friendly staff Emily and Amanda are sweet. The check in was very quick and easy. Emily would always say hello to me each time I walked by the lobby. And Amanda was amazing with speaking Spanish to help out certain guest.
