We stayed in this wonderful village at the end of April and it was a superlative experience. Friendly and helpful staff, any request you have will be answered. The resort's international animation staff are fantastic, our 4-year-old had a great time. We would like to thank Maria and Giuseppe from the animation team for their company and kindness. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend it to everyone, especially with children.

Love this hotel. Especially the waiter called Alex- he doesn't let you ho without a drink for long. Little Road train just outside complex out the front or jump aboard the boat going to Lindos is direct from the beach. Great location and fab pools. Something for everyone!

Paid for a sea view and given a building view. Took 2 days to resolve. Was told I would be contacted but never was. Went down to resolve this and told I had missed calls from them and they couldn’t get a hold of me which was completely incorrect as they managed to get a hold of me 1hour later to sort the room issue out. Ended up with food poisoning from steak restaurant. Seafood restaurant poorly staffed, people walked out. Buffet made no sense with food all over the place and not in any actual order. Greek food station at activity pool was disgusting. Gyros served with ‘all the Greek trimmings’ but not served like gyros or have any tzatziki. Was warmed up food from a hot station that was dry, stale and disgusting. I Left sunglasses on sofa when leaving (completely my fault!) and messaged to ask for them to check and just got passed off and told they would check again tomorrow. Unsure how you can’t just check just now and need to check tomorrow by that point they’ll be gone. Keys for room broke every single day, stayed ages away from reception which was frustrating to have to get fixed and be locked out the room. Older woman at reception incredibly rude when asking for this to be resolved, snatching key off me and storming away. Wok Asian restaurant was good to be fair, but that was it. Ended up going out for dinner in Pefkos one night and it was the best meal we had of the week.

The communication and dedication of the Guest Relations staff at this hotel is truly something else . Their availability via WhatsApp made it incredibly convenient for us to reach out with any questions or requests, and they were always prompt in their responses. It was evident that they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our vacation was as memorable as possible. Their commitment to guest satisfaction is truly commendable and made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. I tottaly recommend Lindos Imperial to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation experience. Whether you're traveling solo, with your partner, or with your family, this hotel offers everything you could possibly need for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
