My son, myself and 11 year old grandson are staying here for ten days. What a fantastic hotel for children. They have so much freedom here, great pools and the theme parks are in walking distance. There is only one shuttle a day to the beach and Dubai which personally I think there should at least be two, All the staff are so pleasant and helpful and the food is very good. A great selection. Next to the hotel there is a very good designer outlet. Checking into was quick and out room was ready when we arrived after a night flight. Two days left but we will be back. Thanks everyone for a great holiday in Dubai.

Came here the second time, the first time was very disappointing and the second time was no less. We reached 4 hours before check in time just so we could be prioritized for a better room as our last experience was awful. Even so, the people who arrived after us were given rooms before us. There was very blatant racist behaviour shown with our requests and concerns of not getting our room on time. Every other non brown person was given priority for everything, from hospitality to a welcoming aura. We were given quite the opposite, as if we did not indeed pay money to visit this hotel. We called for room service at 5pm, and the receptionist kept asking what part of the room we “specifically” needed clean. Never been asked this before, if we say we want a full room clean it means a full room clean, not just the bed or just a bathroom. My 12 year old brother who was not well struggled constantly to open the room door, having to go back and forth to the reception getting replacement keys which did not work. Only for a technician to come and forcefully turn the handle to open the door and say that it was that simple to open it. I don’t think that my brother and me as a grown up are that weak that we cannot open a room door. But instead of taking this issue seriously we were just told to put pressure while opening the door. Don’t think we’re here paying loads of money to be struggling with minute things like this that ruin our experience. The receptionist who we called all day was extremely rude, giving us answers as if we were living in the hotel for free. No respect or courtesy on how to communicate with someone who has been having an awful time due to the hotel’s services. Unfortunately never coming back again.

I should read reviews before booking it to get more clear idea. Check in- time is 3pm and told to wait till 4pm with kids as they were not able to provide it and litterly respond either wait or get lost. Rooms are very small and said best view but nothing special after paid such amount. Poor management- need to make enough changes in the management and planing. Not worth to visit it at all. Big mistake

Awful experience for me and my family. Given our rooms late. Asked to clean the room at 5pm, came back from theme park at 10pm and room was still not cleaned. We had to wait an extra twenty minutes in the balcony for the room to be cleaned until we could relax. I asked if they could provide an extra blanket and they rudely refused to help. We struggled opening the room door multiple times, and my son was on his own when he tried to open the door but it wouldn’t budge. He had to travel up and down the reception multiple times to even get someone to take the situation seriously. Our first time here was tragic so thought this time it would be better, unfortunately not. Will never be visiting again and don’t recommend to any brown families as well, as you will only face racism and be neglected in comparison to others.

We just checked in today with my lovely son and wanted celebrate my birthday and also make my son happy . Butvi didnt know that this will be my best and memorable ever birthday. I was surprised since my first call for booking with Mr.Anees . He is so professional and kind . He knows how to talk to the guests and tried his best to make me happy . I have stacation twice a month and tries most of the hotels in UAE. RAS AL KHEIMAH . FUJEIRAH and Abudhani but this is different . He has good vibe and i can honestly tell that i wish world can be have more human like him . After we checked in and came to our room . I surprised again with nice decoration with baloons and welcome and special cake only for my birthday . He made my heart melt amd as a mom i wish him and his team all the best . We will checked out on sunday but i should tell everybody each minute you can enjoy in this lovely hotel and feel youre home and family .i should add about breakfast also. Thats amazing and high quality and kind staff. Pool is great 🌻🙏💙
