I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite 5-star hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the luxurious rooms to the impeccable service, was truly remarkable. The amenities provided were second to none, relaxing spa facilities, and a stunning breathtaking views. Dining at the hotel's restaurants was an absolute delight, with a diverse range of culinary experiences to choose from, each dish crafted to perfection. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of extraordinary, from assisting with reservations to providing personalized recommendations for exploring the local area. Overall, my experience at this 5-star hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. I came across this fine hotel after seeing it in on ticktock. We didn't stay the night, however we did have coffee and cake during our brief visit. We really enjoyed this experience and will definitely return.

Where to begin?! An incredible experience staying at La Residencia. The service was top notch. The La Residencia team goes above and beyond and we felt so welcomed! Every server knew my wife was gluten free at every meal, truly incredible. Highly recommend visiting and such a lovely location!

Wow! What a beautiful place. Attended a stunning wedding and everything was just wonderful. Rooms were spacious, clean and equipped with lots of amenities (please be aware that not everything is complimentary in the room, there are lots of price lists) not everything was clearly labelled so was a bit hard to see what was complimentary. Beautiful smells around the whole place, soaps, and body lotions in the room were a lavender and maybe peppermint but were curated locally. If you like taking aesthetically pleasing photos then this is the destination. The views were amazing with the misty mountains right next to you and the honey coloured houses.

Stayed here in 2015 and it still stays in my mind. An absolutely beautiful place - almost other-wordly. The food was amazing and I loved visiting the artist studios.
