When we arrived, we were already greeted very friendly. The lady at the reception was very friendly and everything went smoothly. The rooms were newly renovated, and clean. The children's pool was only 3 meters away from the room, so the kids could jump directly from the room into the pool in their swimming gear without having to take any towels or bathrobes with you. The staff was very friendly and helpful. That food was awesome, great in terms of taste. The only thing where you had to wait a bit was towards the end of our vacation, how the hotel was getting fuller and fuller. Then it took a little longer to fill up the buffet, but something like that is to be tolerated. But our highlight of the holiday was the children's club. Kostas and Nicoletta were awesome, our children loved them. At the beginning of the holiday, they only ever wanted to go to the pool. But when they were in the kidsclub for the first time, they just wanted to go there. Nicoletta and Kostas responded to the wishes of our children and took care of them almost completely. My dwarfs were so happy during this time, which is also shown by the great pictures that were taken. I left my kids there without a guilty conscience. Even if the hotel was the biggest crap, I would go there again only because of these two (Kostas and Nicoletta)

Just got back from spending two weeks all inclusive at this Hotel. We had a fantastic time. All the staff and management made us feel very welcome and the service was brilliant. The two pools and Hotel grounds were kept immaculate, cleaned every day. We stayed in a superior bungalow which was fab. Meal times were great with a good choice on offer every day and a pool bar open early till late!. A special mention to Nasos and Ioanna, they were brilliant. Location is great to, just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

I would like to express my huge gratitude to the hotel. We arrived with my whole family including the children from Israel. There are no words that can describe our wonderful feeling from staying here. The food is wonderful, the rooms are excellent and clean every day. The facilities are of a very high standard. Definitely a special hotel. And most importantly, the hotel staff is so kind and helpful like no other. Our big thanks to a very special person like none other than Mr. Manolis who welcomed us - thanks to people like him the feeling can be filled with a smile... As someone who stays in hotels all over the world, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. And I'm sure I'll come back to it again. Thank you for everything!!!

I'd like to share my thoughts on our recent stay at Kyknos Hotel, outlining both the good and not-so-good aspects of our experience. Starting with the positive, I must commend the hotel staff for their dedicated and friendly service. They truly made an effort to ensure our comfort. The hotel's location was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area. T However, I have to address the disappointments we encountered during our stay. We had booked a standard bungalow for two adults and two children, expecting a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, our initial room fell short of expectations. It was situated beneath the noisy bar, which led to sleep disturbances due to the loud music and chair movement. The room's lighting and ventilation were inadequate, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The room's condition was concerning, especially considering the hotel's four-star rating. Stains on the mattresses and loose electrical outlets raised hygiene and safety concerns. The worn-out door frames, cracked cupboard doors, and lack of cleanliness were disappointing. Our request for a room change was met with delays, and the manager's unhelpful attitude didn't improve matters. The behavior of the general manager was completely unacceptable, and we have never encountered such an arrogant individual before. Witnessing him berate staff and show disregard for guest concerns was unprofessional. Also he invited his friends for heavy drinking session that disturb other guests!!! Additionally, the subsequent room we were given, while better, still fell short of four-star standards. Mold in the bathroom, an uncomfortable folding bed, stained bed linens, and the presence of insects were concerning. It was evident that the hotel management prioritized certain guests over others, which negatively impacted our experience. This unfair treatment cast a shadow over what should have been a pleasant family vacation. In summary, while the staff's efforts and the hotel's location were positive, the room quality, the manager's attitude, and overall experience were disappointing. I hope sharing this feedback encourages the hotel to address these issues and provide a better experience for all guests.

Great experience in the hotel. Our stay was amazing. Our kids loved the kids club run by Nikoleta and Kostas. Our son refused every other activity and was always looking forward to this amazing charming carers. Nasos, the headwaiter is full of energy and deserves a medal. To all the team members, Stella, Alexandra, Louly, Ioanna, Dimmitri etc and apologies to the names I can’t remember at the moment. You guys rock. I hope to see Kostas and Nicoleta when next we visit the hotel. Thank you all for the hospitality.
