We had a very pleasant stay! The service from the reception, the valeting , the restaurant to the housekeeping was excellent . I love the beds ( a little minus the carpet needs an update or to be change with wood flooring ) Everyone has been so kind and so helpful especially when leaving Dubai upon arrival at the airport I realised I had lost my passport. After verifying their CCTV and checking every corner of the suite they found it ! We lost the flight but it gave us the opportunity to stay an extra day! A big thank you to all the team

I cannot believe the rating for this hotel. It must be bots. Room, I have a suite, is very bland and actually stark. Bed was so lumpy I asked them to change the mattress, which they kindly did. There doesn't seem to be enough staff. The communal rooms are lit like an airport lounge, glaring white lights. The club lounge is the worst, honestly depressing and the food on offer for the evening happy hour is dreadful. They have an independent restaurant/bar serving the pool area, good thing I happened to have my wallet with me because I wasn't allowed to charge to my room. They never told me when I checked in, nor was there any information in the room to explain the outside ownership. It was very odd. It could have been embarrassing. The pool area doesn't get sun in the afternoon. The staff they do have here are very friendly and are trying their best, but it's really not a 5 star experience.

Great hotel and facilities. The staff are very good and very helpful. The spa is very good and the team in the men's spa, are very diligent and keep the place spotless. The customer service from the main attendant in the Spa (Mr. Rabuil) is impeccable and is he is great asset to the hotel.

We arrived at the Address Hotel Boulevard early in the morning, and the staff was amazing. They went out of their way to find us a room, as the hotel was quite busy. We were charged an extra fee for early check-in, which we didn't mind due to our long flight. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the view was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised to find a tablet in the room which we could use to order room service and book appointments, among other things. It was especially useful for us as we didn't particularly like talking on the phone. One of the highlights of our stay was the direct tunnel from the lobby that takes you directly to Dubai Mall. It made shopping and exploring so much more convenient! All in all, we had a wonderful experience at the Address Hotel Boulevard and would highly recommend it.
