Normally we would award 4*. However, the hotel provided us with a very good home during the rain storm in April 2024 and the days after. We were glad that we had booked this hotel. Otherwise, you should know that the hotel is very large. Despite this (or perhaps because of it), everything runs very professionally, you could almost say "like clockwork". A few small things could be improved: Housekeeping always did a great job, but some things in the room were not replenished. At breakfast, cups were sometimes missing or the buffet was not replenished quickly enough. At dinner, the service at the table was sometimes quite slow and not very attentive. Perhaps the otherwise very nice Executive Lounge could be made a little more "exclusive". Especially in terms of the selection of food and drinks. We can definitely recommend the hotel. However, you should pay attention to the price. It's not exactly cheap and you can often get something almost as good or even better for less money.

This is a most excellent hotel! I enjoyed every single minute of my stay. Excellent hospitality, and there are at least 7 restaurants in the hotel. Kitchen6 is the place to go for a diverse dining experience! There’s another one that is lesser visited but just as nice. We didn’t find out about it until our last day in Dubai. The spa is worth the cost. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I absolutely LOVED the bathroom! Eat at Bridgewater Tavern and have the Smash burger with sweet potato fries—plentiful and delicious!

I recently had the opportunity to dine at the restaurant within this hotel, and I must say, I was impressed. Although I didn't stay at the hotel itself, the ambiance and cleanliness reflected the high standards of the establishment. Overall, even without experiencing the accommodations, I can confidently say that this hotel maintains its reputation for excellence.

I was upgraded to suite in the middle of my stay being platinum elite member which is always appreciated. Everyone has a priority which is customer first whether it is form getting a taxi to services at the lounge (I didn't use it much but it is huge in size given the sheer size of the hotel). Would be nice to have bit more premium drinks in the executive lounge but it is okay but it isn't as I'm not big fan of free drinks in the lounge.

Beautiful hotel, has so many facilities inside, very central, with access to all Downtown in one U turn, it is massive, super tall, service is great, more of a business or couples hotel than a family holiday though, but that is my opinion! The hotel is amazing anyways
