We are really happy with our stay with you! High class at the hotel with fantastic beds and desirable cleanliness. In this hotel everything was so nice and clean.Our room on the 19th floor was cleaned by Raj and was always there making our room first class. Breakfast was amazing too,me and my family did enjoy everything. The view from balcony was fantastic and night time views was just wow.
Swimming pool and staff were so nice .
I just loved it definitely would love to go again and again ❤️

My wife and I have just returned from our first trip to Dubai, for our anniversary. The hotel was lovely and in a great location, right next to the beach and the marina. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, particularly those serving in the bars and restaurants. The food served was really good, considering it was a buffet (in the main Aqua restaurant) we were pleasantly surprised at the quality and choice of food available. They had a nice sports bar with lots of screens showing different sports including English football and served a variety of beers and cider. The gym was decent, with plenty of space and lots of equipment. The pool and surrounding area weren't massive but we could always get a sun lounger and the pool never seemed overly busy, which was nice. They played a variety of good music and the atmosphere was pretty relaxed. The view from the balcony was lovely and we were provided with fresh bottles of water daily. The only slight negative I can really highlight was where were located in quite a busy area, the traffic in and out was sometimes manic, so plan your journeys and the other thing was at night there were often people revving their supercar engines (showing off) which if you need silence to sleep would not be ideal for you. This isn't really the hotel's fault it is just the way it is there. All in all, we had a great time in Dubai and the hotel was ideal for us.

Excellent hotel and place to stay. Location is the ultimate thing. Its right on the shopping and restaurants street with beach about 5 min walk. All amenities in the hotel are excellent. The bets part is the drinking water bottles in the room are not chargeable and can order more if required. Food is good breakfast is well laid out with a lot of variety.
Room size is good with an extra bed easily possible to put with still place to move around in the room. Tthe best part is the location and view. Each room has a balcony to sit and have cup of tea with sea view. Swimming pool also at the hotel.
Water sports activities at sea very near by with a lot of cafe and restaurants to eat.
All in all an excellent stay and wonderful & supportive staff. I would stay again if I plan to go to Dubai.

Everything was nice and clean and good service and possibilities at the hotel.
The staff was so Nice and helpfull in all situations. Always smiling and approaching us to give support and offer to help.
We where evacuated from or room during the storm in Dubai on the 16 of April. That didn’t work very well. Hard to hear the speakers in the hallway and get clear information on what was going on.
All in all - we can recommend this hotel. Placed good with easy access to the metro, restaurant and amusements.

Overall a great stay, the hotel is in a good location. The staff are warm and welcoming (callout to Ross who made our check-in extra special). The main restaurant ambience and breakfast service was excellent, you couldn't want for anything more. Pool is a great size, always sunbeds available and a great view overlooking JBR and The Palm. My second visit here and would recommend to anyone who wants a great location, top service and doesn't cost the earth.
