One of the old hotel projects of Dubai but still keeping up to date. Very well maintained services from start to end. I attended the ATM party and was astonished to see that hotel is still giving tough competition to all the new Dubai hotels. Food was nice and chefs have Done their best. Even service staff was well trained
All the best

We arrived tired early in the morning, but fortunately, we were checked in by the Night Manager who was incredibly nice, helped us perfectly, and showed us around the hotel. The check-in process was smooth and convenient, and we greatly appreciate that.
Our suite was well-furnished and comfortable.
The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety of fresh and delicious food.
A big thank you to Hem Ray and Salim, who were a great help during checkout. They assisted us perfectly with the luggage and taxi organization.

had an amazing stay at intercontinental Dubai festival city hotel .The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the rooms were super comfy. The food was delicious too, and the staff was mostly friendly and helpful. However, I did have a bit of a bummer experience with a few reception employees who were rude and not helpful. Overall, it was a great stay, but I hope the hotel can work on improving their reception service. 😊🌟

A wonderful hotel in Festival City Dubai.
This is a chic and beautiful hotel. From the entrance Lobby, through the Anise restaurant up to the executive lounge and bedrooms this place oozes class.
The decor is very stylish and the staff are very attentive and friendly. Peter who works in the Executive Lounge is a great asset to the hotel, very attentive and professional.
The pool area has breathtaking views over the waterfront and also has a bar and infinity pool.
The bedrooms are spacious and the executive lounge is huge compared to other hotels I have stayed in.
The area is great too. Away from the busy and crowded city centre Festival City offers a haven for families with a lovely fountain and light show every night.
The hotel is also conveniently linked to the Festival City Mall by a walkthrough.
Definitely worth a visit.
