After my holidays in this hotel I would like to share my insights. ➖First of all we paid almost 800 euros more for a Double premium room with private/shared pool (like in the picture). For our huge disappointment after we came, we saw that the room terrace, the pool and windows are facing directly to the parking lot, which is not what we wanted/expected, and in the pictures they are clearly hiding this fact. ➖At the day or arrival the weather in Mallorca was not that good, rainy and temperature was 18-19🌡️So they turned off the Air conditioners, which is understandable, however after few days the weather was again hitting the spot, but air conditioners were still off. After asking to turn on, it was said that there’s nothing to do and it was offered an air ventilator instead. So during almost the whole vacation we haven’t got a good sleep, because it was simply too hot inside our rooms. ➕The food - just excellent, we went to many hotels and here was the best experience for our taste buds! ➕Alcohol at the bars is great, good know brands and the staff are doing great cocktails ( even those not on the official menu list) ➕The place is really nice, got a wonderful beach just around the corner and beautiful hike spot in the woods/dunes ➕The whole Staff is really friendly and doing their best job. The overall experience is really good, but the thing with the room and the view to parking spot was extremely disappointing. Nevertheless would recommend this place.

Good hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious, a little basic but everything you need. Food was really very good, lots of choice, although I thought the buffet was better than the themed restaurants. Good bar staff that made a fairly decent cicktail. Nice beach and good pools.

The food in the restaurant is incredible. The beach is also fantastic. There are three outdoor and one indoor pools. You can play Tennis, Padel and many other sports more. There is also a small gym. All in all, it is a very good hotel.

What an amazing resort!! The decor is awesome, lot of options of food, drinks, ice cream, activities… they have entertainment at night such as frozen concerts, magic etc! The staff are so polite, friendly… specially Miki, he was amazing with us!!! Always smiling and making sure we had the best experience… this resort is 10/10 . I would 100% come back and recommend it! And I want to add that I dont have kids and even not having kids we had a lovely time here.

What an amazing hotel in a fantastic location topped with incredible service , friendly staff and top quality all inclusive options. The buffet doesn’t get boring as they add variety each meal each day. The alacarte restaurants are top notch. If you’re still contemplating this place , just go ahead and do it. You won’t be disappointed.
