We absolutely loved our time at Iberostar Albufera. The location is stunning — right on a beautiful beach. The whole place is spotless and so well cared for. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome from day one. The food was fantastic, with lots of fresh and tasty options. Waking up to the sound of the sea was magical. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The location is absolutely fantastic, with the beach being directly accessible from the property – a real plus for anyone looking to soak up the sun and enjoy the sea. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff. From check-in to check-out, every single member of the team was friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. They really go the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcome and well-cared for. For families with children, this hotel offers a great range of activities and facilities. Our kids were thoroughly entertained, allowing us parents to relax and unwind. The only minor suggestion we would have is the addition of a heated pool specifically for toddlers. While the existing pools were great, a warmer option for the little ones would be a wonderful enhancement, especially during cooler periods. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this hotel, particularly for families looking for a beachfront location and outstanding service. We're already considering a return visit!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was great, the staff was very friendly, especially to the kids. The included drinks were pretty good and the food as well. The theme restaurants unfortunately were already booked the week we were there, so we could not test them. But the buffet was good with a very big choice of food. Maybe with the dinner there could have been a little more variety from day to day. Overall we really liked our stay, the location right at the beautiful beach is perfect. And everything looked really modern and clean. Recommend everyone, especially families👍

Absolutely thrilled with our visit and stay at this fantastic hotel. From the location to the hotel itself and all the staff it truly was an amazing stay and holiday. Food was great, all the staff made our stay welcome and the over all vibe of the place was happy cheerful and very family orientated. The entertainment crew made the holiday extra special, especially Adrian who was the life of the hotel and had our kids laughing and dancing all the time. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the range of activities and dining options made it a relaxing and fun holiday. A special shoutout to Paula, the manager at the Mexican restaurant—she was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. She made sure we had a great experience and made us feel so welcome! Definitely recommend!
