This was our first time staying here as guests, and both the service and the quality of the amenities exceeded our expectations. The staff is highly skilled, friendly, and helpful. The quality of the food is diverse and excellent. The daytime services also surpassed our expectations. We had a wonderful time. Although our description is not exaggerated, they deserve the positive feedback as they did everything to earn it.

Absolutely cracking resort in a lovely location. Room was great - the family rooms are stylish and really well designed, while the wristband keys are a great idea. Sharing the facilities their Albufera Playa hotel means that there is loads of room, loads of sunbeds round the great pools, and loads to do (we loved the silent disco), all of which you can find out about on a great app. The food was superb, the best we've had at an all-inclusive by miles, and the number of different restaurants stops things ever feeling 'samey'. There are lots of self service drinks dispensers means you never have to queue for beer, soft drinks or water; and also mean that the bars themselves serve you quickly. The gardens around the site are gorgeous and really well maintained, while the buildings are kept immaculately. The commitment to sustainability is also genuine and great to see. Final mention to the staff - all were hugely professional, polite and helpful. But special mention to Marga, who always seemed to be there, any time we needed anything, and always got it sorted. Even aptly bringing us Margarita cocktails! We'll be definitely be back

Stayed for a week and it was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend. Very friendly staff and also disability friendly.
Marina one of the members of staff that works at the hotel was exceptional. Her customer service was 10/10. Made me feel so comfortable and tended to all my needs. Would definitely come back here!! If you haven’t already been, I would really recommend.
There is also a range of activities for children to participate in, my son loved it so much especially the pools.

EXCELLENT FOR VEGANS AND FAMILIES! 🌱 🥑 🥗
Excellent staff, beautiful facilities and brilliant for the kids. The place is immaculately clear and proximity to the beach is great. The rooftop pool is surprisingly child friendly too and the views are incredible.
The buffet is really high quality and excellently labelled for vegans. If they don’t have vegan cake on the buffet they go and get it for you from the cafe.
All the staff were super helpful and courteous. Our kids were devastated to leave. It all feels really safe.
We visited beginning April so the un-heated pools were a little brisk, but we signed up for that and knew we were travelling off peak.
All in all an excellent stay, you could also see they were continuing to upgrade furniture as we were here.
Really great, would definitely return.
