What an amazing 4 star hotel. Me and my partner have really enjoyed our stay and we’re sad to go. Our room was great with a lovely view of the pool from our balcony. The staff were all excellent and hard working, we were more than happy to give out tips. The wee market on site made our life so much easier with everything we needed and the location was great for us, with a short walk to the beach shops and restaurants and also a free bus that takes you to the beach every 30 minutes. We had some really fun days out and some fun days in when the weather wasn’t so great :)
The food was average, some days better than others (all inclusive) it did get repetitive. Would have been better labelled as i’m sure we would have tried more than we did. We made the most of it with the desserts and drinks so definitely recommend all inclusive when staying here. The walls aren’t soundproof, you can hear conversations from next door but luckily we had quiet neighbours. The pools are great, cold at this time of year but didn’t stop my partner 😂
I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was so much fun and would love to come back.

Well where to start,this hotel is excellent in every way. Firstly the staff are very professional they go out there way to help you in any way they can.2nd the accommodation is excellent the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. 3rd The food is out of this world they cater for every one, its always fresh and a good choice, very clean as soon as yr finished plates are taken away. You have a choice of 3 pools especially the adults pool No kids. Entertainment is very good, good acts every night also bingo,(mind you never won). Lastly I would rate this hotel 5 star rather than 4 but I personally would give it a 6 but that's me, this is our 2nd year here as well. So try and book but it's hard as it's always fully booked. *****

We enjoyed our holiday at EIX Lagotel Holiday Resort. The Resort grounds are well maintained and there are several different and pleasant areas in which to relax. The Hotel provides lively bars and entertainment. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and kept clean. The people are friendly and efficient. We would come again.

Well… where to start
Was told about 3/4 times that our room wasn’t ready to check into, even though check in was at 2pm and still wasn’t ready. Staff had no manners and didn’t apologise once for the delay. Once we arrived to our room, the floors were soaking wet and no wet floor signs. The rooms themselves were VERY average, beds not very comfy, bathroom wasn’t clean, woodwork worse for ware. Rooms were dark and dingy. No air conditioning and loud noises from the vents. Loads of bugs on the balcony and no lights to sit outside in the evening. Location wasn’t too bad about a 15 minute walk to the beach and strip of restaurants and gift shops. Advertise free WiFi but the connection is very weak and takes ages to load.
Breakfast… as far as hotel food goes this was on the bad side of terrible. Not a lot of option and poor quality of meat. If you like fish fingers and chips for breakfast you’ll be in for a treat!
Best thing about the hotel is the pools. Abit cold but lovely and relaxing and a good atmosphere.
Overall I would not recommend and won’t be returning!

Real honest review, we are here at the moment good things: rooms are quite big, the beach and sea are lovely, the staff are brilliant! Bad things, room: bathroom is in need of an refurb ie mold, wood worn and tired.bedrooms need a paint refresh, beds are rock hard. No iron or ironing board, although you can hire for an hour for 20 euros deposit? No kettle tea or coffee facilities in the room. We came b&b, breakfast as you’d expect repeated, although I didn’t think that fish fingers and chips was a breakfast meal but what do I know? The pool bar and restaurant is nice with a few good meals and not a bad price. A pint of lager is 3 euros 90 which isn’t bad the hotel shop is good value for money better than the spar down the road, next to the spar is a fab gift shop with good prices whom are friendly. Hotel staff are fab they’ve made our stay a little bit easier. Entertainment is a little crap but that could be as it’s only may??? I wouldn’t say this a 4star more a 3 there is so much better out there for the money. I got an ok deal but will not return or recommend.
