Just stayed here for a week, staff we're all very nice and friendly! Breakfast was great, lots of options. Location is great it's close to pretty much everything! Rooms were spotless, fresh towels everyday if needed, clean restaurant and pool areas. Only down side was our TV didn't always work but wasn't the end of the world! We had a great stay and would recommend to others!

okay so it’s maga, the facilities were great, rooms were clean, food is edible (think all you can eat buffet, not particularly flavoursome but that’s not the focus for all inclusive style food). Expectations need to be managed - the all inclusive alcohol policy has hidden terms and conditions but that’s in line with all of Majorca’s drinking policy. You can have 3 drinks between set hours (breakfast, lunch and dinner) but that’s only for beer and really shocking wine and sangria. There is free soft and hot drinks available throughout the day however. Myself (24F) and a friend (21F) stayed last week and faced a huge issue on the first night, the noise throughout the night was unbearable - as in, groups running down corridors screaming, shouting, barking, banging on all the doors making us feel extremely uncomfortable, unsafe and unable to sleep. There is security on site but you need to contact reception, with a number they don’t provide. We contemplated booking a different hotel or just getting the next flight home, however, in speaking to holiday reps and hotel staff, moved rooms which completely changed our holiday. We later found out that we had a room in the middle of a group of 40 people all below the ages of 19. I wouldn’t say this is a particularly family friendly resort as it’s only April and it going to get worse, but for the price, as I said expectations need to be managed. Depends what trip you’d like, I probably wouldn’t stay here again but appreciated how the staff helped out, the rooms were clean and it’s a 5 min walk to the beach or 20 min walk to all the clubs.

We have literally returned from here today. The hotel in itself is beautiful. The rooms are of a decent size and are clean all be it they need a bit of a refurb (broken tiles, bed breaks didn’t move, aircon not working) the pool area is clean and I can say that having seen the guys out cleaning it all down every morning. The food for me wasn’t amazing but it was edible. The drinks come under the balerics red zone so for me if I was going to stay in the area I would not stay in the red zone. I asked for a kettle 3 times, received an iron, even our rep asked and never got it. We had an issue with something going missing from the room, we had no luck with the manager Carlos and when we asked again in the afternoon for an update nobody seemed to know what we were talking about, I ended up getting our rep involved who did everything she could but unfortunately we never got an update. It felt like if they didn’t answer our questions we would go away. Unfortunately we didn’t realise that this hotel generally attracts the under 25s and as such you need to realise that you will be dealing with very loud different music coming from each room. This wouldn’t have been a problem if the aircon worked as we would have just shut the door but we couldn’t as our room was set at 27 and it would not go down. One morning we had to ring reception to ask them to send security to move a guy from outside our room as he had dedicated over himself whilst past out. If you want to relax don’t come here depending on what your type of relaxation is. The bar staff and waiting staff were friendly, informative and very good at what they do. SOME, not all the reception staff and managers could do with a little re training. Complaining about an issue and denying them does not mean it will go away. It’s left a bitter taste in my mouth and made me rethink the island. If you want more of a relaxed vibe and not a drunk drug fumed holiday Palma (10 minutes up the road) is a much safer and never place with a relaxed vibe. And don’t worry Hm admin I have made out holiday company very aware of the issues and they have seen them for them selves should you wish to say they didn’t happen.

The manager is very rude at this hotel and unwilling to reason with even refusing to give me his name and said it was the manger Spain man with a glass. His thought on guest are here to just get drunk and not relax. the spa facilities not working but the online booking says it is. Been here for four days and only the sauna, is working with this getting busy because everyone using. the steam room is not working and wth management fully aware but keep saying it will be fixed. The food at the buffet plate is always cold even when Just served up with my stepdad having to get food heated up in the microwave. If your are young and don't care about these things then ok but if you have any questions family this ain't the hotel I would stay at.

Bed bug infestation. I am writing on behalf of my mum who had a horrible experience when we went on holiday recently. We shared an apartment together. One night she found bed bugs moving on her bed. This causes her distress that night. In the morning it was reported to reception staff. And they sent the supervisor and cleaner to the room and told us that there was nothing to worry about and they promised to change the mattress, bed sheets and clean the room. The following night my mum saw another bed bug moving in the bed. My mum rang the receptionist who was rude on the phone and said there was nothing he could do, but to wait till morning for the cleaners to come. We then went down to the reception desk at 2:30am and we wrote a written complaint about the bed bug problem as we were not happy to go back to the room to sleep there that night. The receptionist told us that there was no rooms available to change to. Then later he said if you want to go to another room you have to go and pack all your things and move there and we did. Me and my mum had two distressing nights at this hotel. We have pictures and videos to prove this. Food also wasn't great. Rooms were not cleaned properly aswell and only the towels and bed sheets changed.
