Our stay at this exquisite resort was delightful. The staff, from reception to the catering and cleaning teams, were exceptionally pleasant, and the service was excellent. However, there are areas for improvement. The food variety and taste were somewhat monotonous, and we suggest diversifying the menu to enhance the dining experience. Additionally, the absence of water slides for children and fitness facilities, such as a gym, could be addressed to provide more recreational options for guests.

On my Parameters: Location : ***** Bungalow family stay: ***** Staff : ***** Clean : ***** Veg food : **** , it was in plenty but I missed some Indian food for 7 days Amenities: **** , indoor games ,and GYM was missing. , A little more slides 🛝 and fun for smaller kids could have made it better ( though many planned activities for small kids were there ) The awesome beautiful location and nice staff compensate for any shortcomings if at all there ! Caution In General : if you take a boat/ferry ride longer than 1.5 hours then do check the weather and take some medicine 💊 Over all ***** Thanks to all the staff members 🙌

Cannot fault our stay at this hotel! Staff were brilliant upon arrival, hotel is beautiful and the size works well. There is plenty to do, lots to see and the views are stunning! Animation team are excellent, Ania is sublime, Rafa, Cesar, Tony, Rebecca, Megan, Stacey, and the entire team are just great, they make the stay so much fun. Food is tasty all round, drinks great, bar staff Jessica, Doris, Dimitria and the rest all very helpful! Try the Raki if you drink!! We would return in a heart beat!! So much to say that is all positive but see for yourself!

This is a top class facility in Crete. The location is amazing. Nestled on the coast with beautiful lagoons to swim in, beautfully landscaped with palm trees and terraced roofs, alcoves with sunrise and sunset points aptly situated cafes in every level... I fell in love with this location. The highlight of this location is the staff. They go out of the way to make your stay so memorable. We had an anniversary and a birthday of a friend to celebrate and they really bent over backwards to make quite a few things happen. They also spent so much time advising us on what we can see and where, trying to make arrangements for us to visit these locations. Be at the bar or restaurant or at the dance floor their hospitality and service was out of the world. I would rate this experience 7 star. Michalis, minolis, Kalia, Anne- Marie, Vaya,Yana ....,and the rest. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

Great hotel, basic and clean rooms. 6 pools and a wonderful animation staff. We had a great week here, even though it was the last week of the season, all the staff kept their foot on the gas till the very end! The indoor pool is a little on the small side, but with the ocean on your doorstep and many outdoor pools this was not an issue for us. The bedroom was clean and well designed but not exactly luxurious...perfectly adequate though.
