One of the best places to stay at in Cancun. There are three open bars: one in lobby, one at the beach and another one at the pool. and every single restaurant has one as well. And the beach view is really nice. I went there during the Canadian winter and enjoy a cordial reception by the locals.

Absolutely one of the best resorts my husband and I have ever stayed at. The customer service was professional and polite from the moment we walked in the door.
We had a spa morning one of the days we were there, and it was great experience, Veronica and Martha were excellent masseuses. Happy we spent our 6th year wedding anniversary with Hyatt Zilara!!!

We had a great time here. Had you asked me when we first walked in the first night, I might’ve rated this place 3 or 4 stars. We unfortunately had a terrible first impression when we tried to go into the pool and there were extremely drunks hotel-goers ruining our experience, one which was so wasted they stole our beach towel that was very hard to get. For having just walked into the resort, we were not impressed and thought maybe we made a mistake.
Fast forward five days later, we absolutely adore this resort. All service staff from waiters, concierge, hotel housekeeping, entertainment and more were so kind and hospitable. Our room was the cheapest option, but we felt it was still so nice and luxurious, and clean! The activities and nightly entertainment is something they really shine in - they put in so much detail and effort. Their beach is also lovely, they have a sandbar right in front so swimming is a breeze. The food was actually pretty good, and we felt there was decent amount of variety.
The only thing that could be improved is the pool, but there’s not really much they can do about that now. They definitely need more than one pool and regulating the drunk people would be appreciated. We absolutely adored our time here and would even come back!

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful service. By far the nicest place I have ever stayed. The hotel has a beautiful and clean beach, a wonderful pool and fun activities. The food is amazing and the beds are comfortable.
