Had to stay a lot here as the closest choice to our office, but the hotel Located convenient location and metro station is on walking distance, and cabs are freely available too. I like the residence side more because of spacious apartments and sometime available on reasonable rates during the less busy days of the year. Breakfast is good with wide variety and an inside Mexican restaurant is quite good too if you are open to spicy food. A bar and dining experience at the top floor is another attraction for guests. Rooms are good and provided with all necessities of a comfortable stay. Pool and gym is add a refreshing touch during your stay. Reccomended.

This was my second stay in this hotel. I don’t post reviews on my first stay in hotels to make sure I make an informed review, which may be helpful. Before coming to Hyatt Regency I used to stay at Grand Hyatt, which is also a very good hotel, close to the places that I had to go for work. Last time by chance, since the Grand Hyatt was fully booked, my agent told me to try Hyatt Regency, which is in the same neighborhood. Now after my second stay, I can confirm that I really enjoyed Hyatt Regency, as well. The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. Specially, my encounter with the front desk in both of my stays were very pleasant. A special thanks to Ari, who helped me a lot during my stay.

This is massive property, greet rooms, cozy beds, great amenities and yes centrally located besides the creek. This is by far my favourite property, love the breakfast here.. huge spread and great support staff. Ample Amount of parking available.

Perfect hotel with wonderful staff! The rooms are big and clean, the rooftop bar is outstanding. The breakfast buffet was great with everything you need and the staff is the heart of this hotel. Even the hotel is not directly in the city center it is easy to explore Dubai. Only five minutes walking to the Metro and always taxis in front of the hotel. The pool area with bar is nice and also the spa and the massage was great. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially because of the wonderful staff!
