Hotel Tropical Princess Beach Resort and Spa

Spent a week here with family $325 per night per person and compared to our previous stay in Dominicans Amber Green resort this one was not as nice, the price was double and the quality was 30% less. Found the staff to be not as friendly . The grounds were beautiful and the food was good but nothing special, the a la cart dinners were nothing special. The Beach was beautiful! A 10 out of 10. The rooms were a disaster, I’ve never seen a worse layout . There is a tiny toilet room with a semi transparent frosted glass door and the shower beside it the same with a sink between them with no door separating them from the room. No table to place any items on only a single chair. Imagine trying to shower and dress with nothing to place you clothes on or shield you from the other family members in the room. Simply Ridiculous! It seems that there is no ability to do the simple things right. Nothing to circulate the air in the lobby , it felt like you were being smothered in there when there was no natural breeze. Add fans! And the furniture was disgustingly dirty/worn. It looks like they don’t care as long as it is fully booked and they are getting your money. overall a beautiful resort but like I said they need to fix the simple things and this would be a fantastic place.

Beach is spectacular, you can walk for hours. Nice waves for boogie boards Rooms are nice, had to ask for towels and face cloths a lot. Staff are all very friendly. Great food at buffet and restaurants. Beautiful grounds with flamingos, ducks, geese, turtles, iguanas and peacocks. The entertainment team are so fun!

Beautifull! Animation is nice and fun. Diana is really nice and a fun girl! The food is good. Only thing we miss is bacon at the breakfast. Room is perfect. We have honeymoon suite and could not be better.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tropical Deluxe Princess resort. There were lots of friendly staff and they were al very organized. The resort is big with lots to discover yet simple to navigate on the map they gave us upon check-in. The environment felt clean and safe, very family friendly and lots of natural touches with birds, etc., The beach was clean and magnificent! The entertainment team, Animation, was so engaging and friendly and know how to get the crowd moving and grooving and having a good time. Special shout out to Adonis, who ran the beach and pool-side activities while we were there-- he was so friendly and had such good energy and made us laugh! We would highly recommend this resort :)
