This hotel was amazing! It was clean, the room had a beautiful view of the marina, the breakfast was so good, and the service was quick. The hotel receptionists were so helpful and gave us recommendations on where to go and spent a lot of time speaking to us. Very friendly staff, they made us feel welcome and at home. The facilities are amazing too, we spent most our time in the bars on the rooftop by the pool, the food was incredible too. The location was also great, just a 10 minute walk to Dubai Mall. I highly recommend this hotel!

What an amazing hotel !! It's not the structure but the people who work here that make this hotel stand above all other hotels. The staff make you feel welcome. They will approach you to be of service. You are not left waiting, nor wondering what to do or how to organise anything. The staff have magnificent intuition and sense when a guest needs assistance. The layout of the rooms, the pool area met all of my needs. It is an exceptionally busy hotel, most likely given the proximity to Dubai Mall. They run a shuttle service to here and Kite Beach. I will be recommending to my friends, to stay here in the future.

An excellent hotel at a safe, convenient location. The staff at the reception desk were all pleasant, friendly, helpful, courteous, and made great effort to make sure the guests had everything they needed. The rooms are spacious and clean and equipped with high technology. Beds are comfortable, and the rooms have all the necessary amenities. Hotel offers complimentary water bottles and twice a day shuttle to Dubai Mall and Kite beach. Dubai Mall is about a 15-minute walk, and there are plenty of great dining options in close proximity. Also, the breakfast buffet at the hotel includes a great variety. The wait staff during breakfast buffet are wonderful in providing service and making sure guests have everything they need. Overall, an amazing hotel. Going back to Dubai, for sure, my family and I stay at this hotel again. The best hotel we have experienced at Dubai. Highly recommend this hotel.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, we were highly impressed by the level of service and care provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, the valet staff led by Manoj, was friendly and efficient, helping us with our luggage and parking the car. The restaurant staff also stood out, always making sure we had everything we needed and providing excellent care. The whole team is positive and full of positive energy. We could also see they had excellent leadership and worked with mutual respect. One thing that really stood out to me was the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel. Despite being a large property, it was always well-maintained and I could see the efforts put in by the staff to ensure a pleasant stay for guests. The highlight of my stay was definitely the beautiful creek view from my room. It was stunning to see the sun set over the water in the evenings and to wake up to a tranquil sunrise in the mornings. It truly added to the overall relaxing and serene atmosphere of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for both holiday and business stays. Not only was the location convenient for my business meetings, but the hotel also had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

We loved this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff are brilliant. The food was delicious. The facilities are excellent. We managed to have a lovely steam and swim every day. When my friend was ill, they let us purchase a second room for the night and offered to call a doctor.
