We took our 4 kids for their 1st all inclusive out of the US trip. Check in was slow and the resort seemed understaffed. Not once on our trip did we get service for drinks. We had to go to the bars and wait several minutes due to again understaffed areas. The resort is a bit difficult to navigate as well. We got 4 or 5 calls telling us we needed to come down to the lobby for a welcome package which just ended up being a scam to sell us a timeshare. You should not bother your guests once they’ve checked in by calling! The food was exactly what we expected as we had been warned it would be mediocre. Also the overwhelming amount of reserved pool chairs with NOONE sitting in them made it difficult to find a space. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained! There is amazing wildlife all around the resort! The entertainment was also fantastic!! We had 3 rooms and my wife and I were driven to ours and this was the 1st of several times we were offered drugs. Now I’m not an expert on Mexico but considering how strict they were with wrist bands/underage drinking I was surprised. My 19 year old son was offered cocaine and heroine by several of the staff as well. We did overall have a great time but feel if you’re taking older kids be careful!

Loved my time here. Nice rooms, not elegant, but clean and serviceable. People are wonderful. Food is very good. No real beach, but a few man-made ones. Went for concert, was very well done. Location is far from anything, so you will be staying at resort only. Pools were nice.

Had a great time at the Hard Rock. We were there for One Big Holiday music festival and it was a blast. The staff are so courteous, friendly, and helpful! Rooms were very nice although our double beds felt small. Food and drink were excellent. Watch out for the occasional monkey!

Our family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults) really enjoyed our vacation here. The pool, our room and the resort as a whole was gorgeous. Overall the service was excellent. We especially loved the treatment we received from our two personal butlers, Paola and Mafer. They made everything so easy for us by taking care of all the details including daily dinner reservations, transportation details and sharing daily resort activities and schedules. The food was pretty good too, not always the best, but still very acceptable. The only thing we didn’t love was the hotel not being right on the beach, there were only lagoons to enjoy the ocean. The pool was our favorite!

We had the pleasure of having Nacho and Daniel as our butlers and they were amazing. They made sure all our needs were met and stayed in constant communication!! Carlos and Hugo from concierge services helped us plan many trips that everyone really enjoyed. The resort is amazing and the food was fantastic. The presidential suite was beautiful and had enough room for our family to have our own private space when needed.
