Li was the BEST bartender!! He was attentive, fun and very knowledgeable of his drinks. I kept going back to him every day at the Dive Bar. Wily and Edwin were the best pool men! They always took care of us. I made sure to tip them heavily. They both deserve a raise. They always made sure we had the best pool chairs! I truly appreciated their customer service! Gold stars all around !!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations of resorts. The rooms were absolutely amazing, with breathtaking sea view balconies.
One of the highlights of my experience was the pool area - the vibrant and lively atmosphere during the day created a fantastic vibe and it’s a really nice pool to dip in.
The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Not only were they friendly and welcoming, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that I had a good stay. Their entertaining nature added an extra touch of enjoyment to my time there, and I never found myself bored or disengaged!
The hotel played an excellent selection of tunes that complemented the overall ambiance perfectly.
From the stunning rooms and sea view balconies to the friendly and entertaining staff, everything was top-notch.

Margarita and Omar Alejandro provided the best service!!! All of the wait staff were attentive but these two made it seem like we were the only group at the bar all 5 nights. I have not experienced that level of service anywhere. We had a large group and we even moved to a secluded table outside and they followed us out there, checking on us even more than we needed them to. I’ve been to one other all inclusive in Cancun and this one had WAY more activities and shows, although the food was hit or miss.

Samantha with the pool activities team really made the trip special for our daughter ❤️. Samantha encouraged our daughter to participate in so many activities and as a result she had the BEST vacation. The entire pool team does a fabulous job! Samantha also was incredibly kind and gracious to our daughter when it came time to say “see you again”.
Additionally , the unbelievably energetic and outgoing entertainment team really does make your trip fantastic! We loved the time with Eliseo, Paulina and Omar - so much fun! This team went out of their way to make our daughter (who joined as many activities as possible!) feel special. Best times spent poolside and dancing! Great team!!

Jesus, Marisol, Omar, Sam, Eliseo, and Kevin were amazing! The activities have been so fun so far.
The food has been good so far. The result is definitely due for an upgrade but I think that's coming soon. They were kind enough to upgrade us to a suite which I definitely appreciated.
One thing I wish was that bottled water was more available for non vip members. It's only available at the cafe and sometimes they limit you to two at a time.
