WOW what a luxurious hotel! This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room was stunning, clean and spacious. Every thing you require to make your stay comfortable was available in the rooms. The staff are incredible and attentive, from room service on our first night to the young man who maintained our room the lovely breakfast and foyer staff everyone made us feel special and the most important people in the room. Every staff member was incredible so it would be wrong of me to name them Individually for fear of missing someone out! The breakfast choices and taste were sensational. The location of the palace is great & to be able visit the restaurants in the sister hotels adds to the variety. Our stay in Dubai was wet, very memorable for all the wrong reasons, but we will definitely return to the palace and look forward to seeing a dry Dubai and all it offers. I must, however, say job well done to Stefan the GM! Our time in the palace was in the April 2024 flooding. On the Tuesday and Wednesday Stefan was highly visible talking to staff and guests ensuring everyone’s safety and comfort & being totally across what his staff were coping with at that time! Kinda of a unique experience due to no fault of the hotel? Someone important was staying on the same floor so their security was blocking the door and hallways all the time. Just didn’t feel comfortable - Butler service: I am not sure if a butler service was available to all rooms and what services it entailed. Was never told by the check-in clerk - Breakfast small and cosy. Eggs made to order and good coffee. The variety is good not a huge spread as in some other Dubai hotels but the quality was great and so was the staff - Lobby limited seating so after checkout there may be no place to sit - Metro is a good 20 min walk - Gym unattended. Hooks missing in some weight machines. It is a converted function room.

Beautiful rooms and also the reception area. All services goes smoothly and are of highest standards, any communication with the staff is pleasant and effective, and on top of that it’s just a fantastic place to be in (even walking around the property). I shared some videos to show how the place looks. Also - have to mention our great experience with Ms. Mina (I hope I spell correctly) who truly has taken care of us at check-in and made us feel welcome from the first moment. We really appreciate you, and we are extremely happy we chose to stay at Habtoor Palace.

This place was grand! Stunning hotel. Absolutely beautiful. Food was amazing! Service was exceptional! Only thing missing was a lovely view. But the hotel itself is so grand you can forgive it! Will definitely come back here !
