El Dorado is easily the best restaurant on the complex! Been here twice already and we are only half way through our holiday. We were served by Enrique on our most recent visit and he was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Our food and drinks were delivered quickly and were of high quality

I spent a week with my husband and child. It’s a gorgeous property. Beware if you came to relax because it was a TON of walking. The property is huge but the golf cart service is inconsistent. I came to relax but often found myself walking long distances for food and beach. Maybe I should have booked a hotel with beach front rooms because if I forgot something in my room, it was a pain to go back and forth. Especially with a kid. Rooms are dated but functional. The food at the buffet was mediocre but food and service at La Paisana was excellent. Overall nice place, just too massive for my liking.

Excellent service at La Hacienda by Roger, he was very attentive and hospitable. Food and drinks were wonderful and we hope to be served again by this great staff team. :) We came hungry and left VERY full and satisfied, all of the food was wonderful and made even better by the service. Thank you La Hacienda for a wonderful meal and beautiful evening. I asked for a specialty drink and it was delicious, my daughter is a picky eater and she enjoyed every bite.

I dined at La Adelita with my wife. We had a lovely meal; salad, tortilla soup, enchiladas and fajitas, then the Mexican fritters. Highly recommend everything we had it was delicious. Our server, Jaime.D, was very friendly and welcoming. He helped by making suggestions on the menu, telling us what was spicy and mild. He was a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our night, thank you.

It’s really nice meat and amazing flavor.
Also the supplemental onion rings. But with this meat you don’t need any sauce.
Nevertheless the blue cheese sauce was delicious. And a great service of course!
