The hotel is in a decent location. It has an unloading zone to park while you check in. the lobby has a small bar which was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The big problem is that the walls are so thin that you can clearly hear other guests talking in their rooms and in the hall making it impossible to sleep. On top of that, you hear honking all night mixed with sirens which is probably normal for NYC. The hotel has a through wall air conditioner in each room which makes enough white noise but there is no way to keep the fan running once the desired temperature has been reached. The bathroom was nice looking but the drains were partially blocked. Water pressure was excellent. There is no underground parking but there is a garage 3 blocks away which was convenient. All in all, I expected more for the price we paid.

I will not be staying at this hotel again: - my room and entire floor smelt like marijuana and the staff said they were unable to do anything. - I asked to use a fork (restaurant & bar in lobby) and they said they couldn't provide anything for me and I'd need to walk 3+ blocks to a neaby deli (at 10pm in the dark) to ask for plastic ware - staff was not friendly or helpful - rooms are outdated & very loud

Awesome location! The room we stayed in was larger than others I've stayed in in "less busy" parts of the city. Outdoor bar is fun.

I would have thought the hotel would have realise that with two young kids in tow, a room on the first floor, directly above the incredibly loud restaurant would not have been a good idea, but that's where they put us. Loud thumping bass until just gone midnight. Had it not been for the noise, the hotel is actually pretty good. The location is great. Rooms are neat and tidy. Although we had blood stains on our sheets, which we complained about, only to have spare sheets just handed to us by housekeeping. So that's the reason for the 2 star review.

I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received during check-in at your hotel. Despite waiting in line, I was overlooked while the staff member assisted the person behind me. When I mentioned my presence, there was no apology, and I felt unwelcome. Additionally, my request for an early check-in on a higher floor was disregarded, and I was assigned a room on a lower floor. This experience was extremely disappointing and not reflective of the level of service I expected from your establishment.
