I loved my stay at The Finest resorts! The service was excellent we had great service at the beach. Pita was wonderful and always helped us get chairs on the beach, she went out of her way to make our visit great! Also Victor, George and Toledo were amazing at ensuring we had plenty of drinks and food. The whole beach experience was better because of them! Additionally the Juice Bar was delicious, Daniel was a great tender at the juice bar he always offered great suggestions for different drinks and every one was so good! I had the most amazing time at the resort and the service was great everywhere we went! They all worked so hard to ensure we had a relaxing vacation!!

We have vacationed a lot, but this was our first as a family of 4, with 2 little kids. This resort went above and beyond our expectations.
Julieta at Brass steakhouse, Javier at Tapas restaurant, Roberto and Linda at Duke’s seafood…I wish I had taken note of more names as everyone was incredible. And if you have kids over the age of 3, you can get some childcare during dinner, so you can actually have a peaceful “romantic” meal if you wish; nice touch!

We had an exceptional experience at Finest. The resort is beautiful and luxurious and the customer service from the staff is outstanding. Eduardo and Angel greeted at the beach every day with a smile, gave us great info about the resort, and anticipated our every need. They were truly outstanding! Victor and Isabel made sure we were well fed and hydrated and were delightful. Charley in Gusto was phenomenal and Enrique in the club check-in was a pleasure. I do not usually write reviews but this staff at this resort is truly exceptional, the beach is pristine and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. We had an amazing trip and will be back!

At the heart of this gastronomic adventure is the exceptional service provided by two outstanding waiters, Mario and Rocky. From the moment we were seated, their attentiveness and genuine hospitality made us feel like honored guests. Their knowledge of the menu was impeccable, guiding us through the array of tantalizing dishes with expert recommendations.
In addition to the exquisite food and impeccable service, the restaurant’s ambiance was truly enchanting. The open-air setting allowed us to savor our meal against the backdrop of a breathtaking sunset, further enhancing the magical atmosphere of the evening.

The customer service provided by the resort staff exceeded our expectations. When we discovered a water leak in our bathroom ceiling and reported it to the Manager, they took swift action by sending a crew to address the issue promptly. Furthermore, they went above and beyond by relocating us to a different building and offering us a romantic dinner at the beach as a gesture of apology. Despite encountering an unexpected challenge, the staff handled the situation with professionalism and grace, ensuring that our comfort and enjoyment were prioritized throughout.
