GREAT VACATION! the resort was so nice and best of all, the staff was super nice. The BEST waitress was Manuela by our swim out pool. She was so attentive and bubbly. She didn’t just bring us drinks but she talked with us and made us feel special. She was our waitress for a couple of the days we were there and one of the days she just had our drinks waiting for us. She always came back and checked with us and even though some of our party was not always pleasant to be around, she was still sweet and attentive. Would 100% recommend!!! She deserves a full week off!!!!

Cannot say enough good things about this resort, we have stayed here on multiple occasions including our wedding. Our most recent stay being one of the more busy times we have seen the resort. Although appears to be a full resort, service has never faltered, we have been lucky enough to create friendships with not only other vacationers but staff as well. Jacob at the main pool has been exceptional from keeping our drinks flowing, to a positive attitude and making sure everyone is following resort rules. Daniel at the kitchen table we are lucky enough to say we have know for FOUR years! Daniel has the sweetest demeanor, strong attention to detail and truly makes you feel like family, we look forward to seeing him every morning and during our future stays. We recommend this resort to all friends and family. See you again soon!

We went to Excellence Playa Mujeres for our honeymoon April 2024 and had the absolute best experience. We were excellence club and would recommend 1000/10. We were nervous after reading some reviews off facebook pages, but we found nothing we read to be true. Some of our favorite employees were sully and Victor from the excellence club beach access were great; Cesar from building 9 excellence club pool was amazing and greeted us with a smile every day as well as Ramon the drink guy being 10/10; Jorge from excellence club bar was AMAZING!! He was our favorite bar tender and so funny and personable; Naomi with the activities at sol bar was also amazing and had a great personality! Overall we give this place 10/10!! We had 1 mix up with our breakfast in bed not being delivered, but they fixed it ASAP once we discussed the matter with them. We cannot wait to visit again and will most definitely be returning soon!!

We recently stayed at Excellence Playa Mujeres. This is our fourth Excellence Resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean. We've loved every one of their resorts!
The drinks are plentiful and wait staff are very attentive, both at the beach and pool area. The grounds are well manicured. There are numerous restaurants to choose from, with a wide selection of foods. Excellence has been our favorite resort over the last 4 years. We would definitely recommend it!
