Great staff, great hotel. My second time here and I really enjoyed it. Our room had a small issue when we arrived but they moved us without hesitation (they even gave us a corner room). There are so many different pool areas and food options. We rented a cabana for two days and all the servers were great. Especially Miguel.. he made sure we always had drinks and he was so pleasant and kind.
Don’t hesitate to book here. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews but every single staff member here goes above and beyond to make your stay is great and the grounds are well kept.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at The Fives. Right from the start the service was incredible. Sonia took amazing care showing us around and getting us comfortable. Isaac was the best shuttle driver, made sure everyone was happy and able to get where they needed, all the while making sure everyone was having the best time.
The service on the beach was top notch everyday, both in the Bali beds and loungers.
We had a medical situation which Ricardo at the reception desk took the BEST care of and was very trusting. He ensured we had the medications we needed delivered right to our room.
The food was great all over the resort, however Koh Thai was by far our favourite and that’s also partly due to the amazing server Gregorio that was the most accommodating and entertaining every visit.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I honestly don’t get the negative feedback here and I don’t want anyone to be apprehensive while heading here. We just returned from a week and had an amazing time! We are picky about resorts, very picky about food quality (rarely happy with food at AI resorts) and we have two kids, aged 2 and 6, so travel is already challenging. We all had an incredible vacation. The food was probably the best we’ve had at all-inclusives and we’ve tried a lot of resorts, mostly 5 star, big brands. The service was also very, very good and all staff are clearly working very hard. Sure, you may need to wait for a few minutes when the pool bars are busy, but come on. You’re on vacation, relax. The nightly entertainment was awesome, we saw every show and my six year old insisted on showing up early to secure a good seat. The grounds are incredible. We’ve never experienced anything like the jungle/forest feel and interacting (at a safe distance) with the wildlife. Truly incredible. We tend to try new places each year but we plan on returning to The Fives for sure!

We came for our first young family vacation. We had a great experience all around but wanted to particularly mention that Antonio who served us at the Italian restaurant was amazing with his contagious smile, very kind to our kids and family needs, we did over what he had to just to make sure we were fine. Same goes for Koko at the sushi restaurant who carried balloons just to entertain the kids while we ate. At last, our ambassador Jaime was all smiles, always helpful and so nice to work with. He went made our experience above and beyond! We had a great vacation!

this was my first time at an all inclusive resort and it was amazing! the food was excellent and so fresh, every staff member attentive and friendly, and the property was beautiful. the restaurants were accommodating for my dietary restrictions and even made me a special dessert (shout out to Andrew, Jazmin, and Paulita at Flavours, as well as my waiters at the Thai and Italian restaurants). I wish there was a hot tub/jacuzzi you could hang in at night but other than that, it was perfect!
