Great hotel super clean,. spacious rooms, excellent location and friendly staff. Close to everything, very nice amenities, pool, gym, breakfast, etc. I highly recommend this hotel. The only thing which surprised me, parking is extra. But reasonable price otherwise, so overall very happy with it.

Awesome! One of the cutest hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The rooms were like a mini apartment with a separate room for TV and eating. Almost a full kitchen with a big fridge and sink. Tons of storage space. I really wish we spent our whole week here. Believe it or not I liked it better than the super fancy hotel the contractor put us up in at first. This place had a pool, exercise room, bar, excellent breakfast and even bikes for rent! Really cool! Next time we're in Orlando this is where we're staying! Highly recommend!

Nice spacious suites with a stove top, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Awesome service, nice pool with a splash pad. Good location close enough to everything in Orlando. Definitely will be staying here again.

Once was a nice place to stay... We have stayed here many times. However I won't stay any more. Staff is not as friendly. Ignacio was amazing but the last time we went there to check to see if there was a room the young man at the desk laughed at everything I asked him. He said Ignacio was no longer there. Well he shrug when I asked him. Like he didn't understand me and i had explained that I was trying to book on their website and it wouldn't go through. I asked if he could do it for me at the same rate. He asked someone in the back office. And was told.NO Could have been the manager that was extremely rude in the past and not just to us. I've seen many people having issue with him. The young man wanted to charge us a ton more and they raised the price of parking too. Like by $10 or more. Now this is not secured parking so I'm not sure why they charge so much or at all really. He said parking was $27 per night. Wow! Why cahrge for parkong and why so much when you have already raised room rates. Hotels usually will help when there are issues when their own website isn't working to book rooms. I know that this under new ownership and they changed everything. They repainted some rooms and now the prices are higher. Nothing justified to raise it that higher. New owner price increase is the reason for an increase. The rooms didn't need remodeling done. It isn't that old. The elevators are slow and are packed all the time. Too bad staff changed also. It's important to have staff that cares.

I wouldn't stay here again. I stayed at the Element in Sacramento (near the airport) and it was amazing! So I was expecting the same level of cleanliness and bed and linen comfort. Well, the cleanliness rated about 3 out of 5. There were marks on the wall, probably from luggage scuffs, but, still...why not clean that? A little white sponge would erase it instantly. The bed Did have 4 pillows if different thicknesses (a MUST) but they didn't seem very fresh which always grosses me out a little. These sheets were clean but not soft. The towels in the bathroom felt like sandpaper with the exception of one of the hand towels. Also, I would appeal to the management to allow guests to self-serve a glass of wine when they arrive even if that's later in the evening. Apparently they only allow access to their wine bar during their happy hours which ends early. Something like 6:30. Ridiculous. The staff, well nice, we're not as professional as those I had encountered at the element. Sacramento. I knew as soon as I walked in and set my bags down that I would have made a different choice if I could but I had prepaid. Worst of all, the room smelled heavily of air freshener. The shower smelled musty despite appearing to be clean. My room had two queen size beds. One was directly in front of the AC vent which blew full blast. I had to sleep in the other bed just because I can't take cold air blowing directly on me. If you're someone who likes a fan blasting in your face, you might enjoy that, but I did not. The AC was either off completely or blasting like an airplane engine taking off. It was super quiet until it came on and then it was super loud. There were stains on the carpet and chips on the furniture. I found it far below expectations. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member but I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
