This vacation was amazing. We went for our 9 year wedding anniversary and it was perfect. The staff was amazing and made every day wonderful for us. Alberto in the concierge office was so helpful and Julio the bartender at the palms was so fun and kept our cups full. Our room was like a dream with the swim out pool overlooking the ocean. The candle light dinner on the beach was so romantic and relaxing. We want to thank the staff for making this our best vacation yet. We cannot wait to go back.

A week’s vacation is not enough at this gorgeous resort!! We had a lovely time sitting and sunning (and drinking)! The food is fantastic and the activities crew is super nice and not too pushy! Today we made friendship bracelets with Alex. He also was around for pool volleyball! Jesus, Benjamin and Louis were also a fun time. Special “shoutout” to “Handsome Victor” our morning shuttle driver. He was lots of fun!

I’ll definitely be back to this resort! The rooms and views were beautiful. Shuttles constantly but if you choose to walk, it wasn’t far. We enjoyed walking around everywhere. The staff are all so friendly, especially the entertainment crew! Benjamin, Jesus and Louis were amazing and so much fun to be around! Whether it was trivia, question of the day, beach volleyball or one of the other many activities they run, you always had a great time! They’re a huge reason why we’ll be back for sure 😄

Wonderful stay. Beautiful room/grounds/view. All the staff was amazing and so very helpful. Never encountered and bad moods or sad faces. The food was good and had a large selection of options, drinks as well.
Staff that impressed us and went above and beyond. The cart drivers: Victor, Emmanuel, Gustavo We went out of our way to look for them because they made our rides so enjoyable and informative and the remembered our names. Butlers: Edith, Leslie, and Ivan were wonderful in their job. Angela was our housekeeper and our room was always wonderful. Ivan at the Culinarium remembered us from our visit on the Palms side last year. Knowing and remembering peoples names shows a lot about a person and we appreciated everyone we encountered

Great property! Very friendly staff, everyone knows they are there to make it a great experience, and they did just that! Had a very heartfelt connection with Victor, we will call him a golf cart logistics specialist. Great person! The rooms don't make a ton of sense, 2 queen size beds for a honeymoon suite is silly....
