I loved this resort! My husband got married in March and everybody in our wedding had an amazing time. Perfect for families with children of any age, the water slides/kids pool were a huge hit with our daughter. I wouldn’t recommend for couples as there are a LOT of children around, but for large groups or families it’s perfect.
Our wedding was amazing, our coordinator, Araceli, was so helpful and made our vision come alive within our budget. She even helped us make some last minute changes.
If you are getting married here, I wouldn’t recommend choosing the gazebo or the main pool as they are very central to the resort. You will have huge crowds of strangers watching you get married lol. We had ours at the Mayan tree and reception at the pool deck and it was perfect and the most private option.
The only thing we were not thrilled with was the hair and makeup included. The stylist was very nice, but unfortunately the makeup done was very old fashioned and heavy, and after many attempts during the trial we just couldn’t get the desired look. I ended up having her just do my hair and I did my makeup myself which was a stressful last minute change.
Overall everything was fantastic and I would recommend the resort to anybody, for vacation or their own wedding.

My husband and I got married here in January and absolutely loved our stay. Any staff we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. The bartenders and wait staff were always on point with their service and drinks were delicious. The food here was probably the best resort food we have had, especially the food on our wedding day! Our wedding coordinator, Samuel, was incredible. He was super helpful with any questions we had and he was just so easy to chat with. He was super detailed when communicating with us and helped make our wedding day unforgettable! If you are assigned to work with Samuel, you will not be disappointed!! Our wedding photographer Ivan (Adventure Photo), did an incredible job, we love our photos!! Overall, this resort was perfect for hosting our wedding and to party with our wedding guests for the week!

The place looks nice from the outside, but feels off. I didn't feel comfortable and cannot recommend it.
It felt like I was the product at the hotel, which is odd for an all inclusive luxury hotel. What broke me was the 8:30 wakeup call on our check out day to remind us that we need to check out by noon. This felt like being thrown out.
Food and drinks were mediocre.
All this would be fine if the price was right. Given the price point and the luxury marketing, I find this bad value for money.

Fabulous all round vacation for our group of 16.
Rooms were large, clean with very effective AC.
Only a 25 min shuttle from Cancun airport.
Service was spot on thanks to Wilbert and Omar by the pool/beach. Erick had a cocktail cart that was extra special.
First class restaurant food and service, thanks to servers Johanna, Vincent, Veronica and Sheila just to name a few. Kudos to the staff behind the scenes. Definitely a resort to revisit.

Came for a wedding and had a wonderful 5 night stay. The bartender Clever in the lobby has to be one of the best bartenders I have ever seen. Clever remembered our names and what we were drinking our whole stay. The food was great, workers were polite and helpful, and rooms were comfortable.
