Visited in September 2023 and decided to get the “Preferred club” ocean view room.
It’s a nice medium size resort with a decent amount of restaurants. For some reason they never open them all. Some were only opened once during the week. Some restaurants had better service than others. Preferred club pool area and services are pretty much available to anyone because there’s no wrist band or proof of upgrade.
There’s no free beach/pool loungers at 9am. That is ridiculous for off season. Service on the beach and pool is also extremely slow. You pretty much have to go get your own drinks some days (not the case in other resorts I’ve been to).
Worst of all. There’s random people from other resorts using the services we’ve paid for. We saw people from other resort bracelets taking up loungers and even towels.
Lastly, stop harassing people to attend this time share ordeal to earn money for overpriced excursions. I felt like I paid extra just to be bothered by there sales guys in the preferred lounge.

I had a great time here, 4 nights was a perfect amount of time to experience everything the hotel and area had to offer. The preferred room & benefits were worth it for a quieter, adults only experience. The beach was nice for swimming and relaxing. The food was mediocre but the service was great. I liked how the hotel wasn't surrounded by other resorts but still an easy drive to the airport. We did one cenote day trip that the concierge recommended and had a great time on it.

There were some issues with front desk but I really have to say that three employees in particular made my entire stay! Oscar at the lobby bar was exceptional, he made me the absolute best spicy margaritas and even taught me some new lingo! Eduardo at the pool bar made me feel welcome every.single.day. He always made sure I was taken care of and was really nice to talk to. Also, Angel who brought me drinks poolside when I wasn’t so close to the bar. Always super prompt and always came over with some great jokes. I always made sure to visit them each day and tip them the money they deserved!! They really made my stay at dreams Jade a literal dream and would be the reason I come back in the future, as well as my reason for 5 stars!!!
Update: the front desk and bell hop doesn’t always have exchange for smaller bills earlier in the day so make sure you get to them the night before or bring plenty of small bills!!

The resort was very pretty and staff kept the grounds very clean. Not too far from the airport. Small beach area but it was nice and they cleaned it often. Drinks were just ok. The Mexican and Japanese restaurants were very good. Buffet and other spots could have been better. Room was nice and cleaned daily. Preferred pool was nice and had a swim up bar. Staff were really nice. The lady got upset we didn't buy a vacation share and was pushy after we said no multiple times. The spa was the best part, very relaxing. Overall, it was average in my opinion.

Dreams Jade is our absolute favorite resort to go to! We have been back multiple times and have had the best time, each time. From the moment you arrive until you leave, every staff member is kind, helpful and has such a positive attitude. Everyone we interact with has a smile on their face. Check in process is very organized and easy. We stay on the preferred side and love having access to the adults only pool. The main infinity pool is absolutely beautiful and so close to the ocean. Everything is an easy walk. Super easy to navigate around the resort. We love it here and can’t wait until our next trip back!
