Best 👏 Hotel 👏 Ever 👏 The lobby was so cozy and beautiful and there was so much activities to do there. The pool was clean and super spacious. The spa was so refreshing and at the perfect temperature. The room was so comfy and had a gorgeous gorgeous view of the outside. Service was great too! They were all so patient and nice. The only “negative” thing was that the shower was always too hot. I don’t know if it’s just 315 or not, but I can’t seem to turn the heat down, not even a bit. Still though, the hotel rules!!

Formal Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent two-night stay at your establishment. Despite my initial hopes for a pleasant experience, the reality was far from satisfactory. Upon arriving and settling into my first room, late at night , My family and I went to sleep. I was appalled to discover blood stains on the sheets in the morning when the bed was undressed . This discovery was not only unsanitary but also deeply disturbing. As a guest, I expect clean and hygienic accommodations, and finding such stains was wholly unacceptable. After bringing this issue to the attention to your staff, I was moved to another room. We then went to breakfast and to further compound the issues, my experience at your restaurant was equally disappointing. My young daughter was served water with a bug floating in it, which is entirely unacceptable in any dining establishment, let alone a reputable hotel's restaurant. Unfortunately, the problems persisted. The second room had German roaches, creating an uncomfortable and unsanitary environment. We didn’t notice this until nighttime as we went out for the day. This not only affected my ability to rest but also left me feeling deeply unsettled and disgusted. I then decided that my family and I needed to leave this establishment due to these unsanitary and disgusting conditions. Side note, that night, We had ordered over $100.00 in food through Uber that we could not eat because we were too busy packing our things to leave, then had to drive 2 hours at night, straight home, not arriving till after midnight. ****I also took pictures and videos of each occurrence. Overall, my experience at your hotel fell far short of even the most basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. As a paying guest, I should not have had to endure such appalling conditions. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to these issues, including a full refund for my stay. I can only hope that you will take immediate action to address these concerns and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

This hotel is awesome. I was here for a convention, and the team was incredible. So kind and helpful! Service great, though bartenders were constantly slammed. 15 minute walk to park. Great place to stay if you are looking to go to city walk, or Universal/Islands of Adventure. So many food options in hotel and around hotel!

Great location! My second stay here ever and came to spend my husband’s birthday and our 1 year wedding anniversary. The team was amazing, was able to accommodate my room change and honored my celebration with some perks! Thank you Cathy & team! I will be back. Nice jacuzzi, huge pool. Great food choices on property from Starbucks, to a bar/grill option etc.

10/10. My recent 2 day stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff was very professional and attentive. (Special shot out to the check in staff. We will never forget this great experience!!) Good and service at restaurant was great. An all around great experience!!
