Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for 5 days. The room was huge with very nice decoration! They changed our sheets, towels and anything else that needed to be changed every day! the cleanliness in this hotel was 5/5. the breakfast had too many options covering many cultures! and the dinner was equally rich! the staff was very kind and available every time you needed them! Everything was grate! Thank you!

It was a perfect vacation for me and my wife for our first time in Dubai. Every day we enjoyed delicious food and drinks. We also thankful for transfer to the La Mer beach and Dubai Mall. The interior and exterior of the hotel was amazing. The location is pretty convenient so we were able to get to shops and the Museum of the future. The stuff here is very polite and friendly. They can help you with everything that you need. We kindly thank Ana and Mia for making our staying perfect. See you next time!

Great clean hotel with several dining options as well as two bars for those who indulge. My room was serviced by Safir and he did a fantastic job. Very kind and polite. Only drawback is the wine pours are quite minimal.

The Crowne Plaza provided an excellent experience for my first trip to Dubai. The Docks restaurant served delicious food and is a convenient option located inside the hotel. The hotel has shuttle service to the Dubai Mall and a beach, but make sure you arrive early for the shuttle. Seats filled up quickly! If I could make a recommendation for the hotel it would be to have a bus instead of a van for shuttle service. The room had ample closet & drawer space. Our room attendant, Sarif, made sure we had what we needed during our stay. An extra thanks to him!

Very lovely hotel to stay at. Big beds, clean rooms and a huge bath. Staff are so friendly all can fluently, speak English and understand. One staff member was so helpful and polite a member of house keeping (Shahjahan) he went above and beyond to make sure me and my sons was comfortable. Thank you! I would 100% recommend this hotel the pool is lovely and peaceful also open until late so you can watch sunset. Variety of breakfast available too. I am thinking of staying here next year for a sole trip that’s how comfortable I felt here and I’ve never flown solo. Taxi to Dubai mall is roughly £6 in the day they do a free shuttle service to a local beach and Dubai mall and if you get Talabat app you can order what ever food you want but there is a few restaurants and grocery shops walking distance. The mosque opposite the hotel is beautiful to look at I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Many thanks Crown plaza keep it up.
