My recent stay at the Conrad Hotel in Dubai was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel's lavish atmosphere, paired with its flawless service, created an unforgettable experience. The staff were remarkably attentive, exceeding my expectations to fulfill every need. The dining choices were superb, particularly the lounge area, where staff like "Francis" stood out for their exceptional assistance and politeness. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend the Conrad Hotel for a comfortable stay in Dubai.

The service and staff have been exceptional. We are lucky enough to be able to access the Executive Lounge. The staff Lisa, Jenika and Francis are the most attentive and friendly members of the team, nothing is too much trouble. The food on the evening buffet is lovely. The pool staff are friendly and the food is great. Always able to get a sun bed. Breakfast is plentiful even though it has been exceptionally busy.

Loved this hotel, everyone was so friendly and welcoming!! The location was literally close to whatever I wanted to do!! Not to mention that the breakfast is a must to have because you will find all kind of food you’re looking for!! Lastly, valet parking is available and everyone is so welcome Roel is so sweet he helped us at our checkout today :)

I just completed my second day at Conrad Hotel Dubai, and it has been an amazing experience so far. Upon my early arrival at 11 AM, I was greeted by the exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff at the reception. They kindly allowed me to check in a few hours before the usual check-in time, which was fantastic. During check-in, they asked about my bed preference, and I opted for two separate beds, which they arranged without any issues. I also made use of the gym facilities. While the gym isn’t very large, it has all the essential equipment needed for a comfortable stay. This morning, I enjoyed a delightful breakfast with the option to dine either indoors or outdoors. The breakfast menu was self-service and offered a wide variety of options. One thing that caught my attention was the presence of a Pork station. This came as a surprise, considering that a few years ago, pork consumption wasn’t common in this country. It’s a significant change and reflects evolving preferences. The only downside was the wait time for my coffee, which took about 17 minutes and arrived cold. I understand that mornings can be busy, so I hope this doesn’t happen again tomorrow. Additionally, the hotel’s location directly in front of the Dubai World Trade Center metro is fantastic. It provides easy access for guests to reach anywhere in this beautiful city. Overall, I want to extend my gratitude to the hotel staff for their hospitality and the enjoyable experience. ✋🏻

My absolute most favourite hotel in Dubai, besides another one that is directly on the beach. Service here is fantastic, rooms are big, and the metro station is right outside the hotel. The pool area is an absolute gem and the food is fantastic. My office is in the hotel next door, but I always stay at the Conrad when there for business.
