My kids and I stayed here this past week and it was absolutely amazing! The staff was very attentive with great personalities. The lifeguards were on point and watching the kids at every second. The grounds were clean and very well maintained and they pressure wash daily before the rides even open. Food was very affordable with great portion size and flavor. Arcade had a lot of really fun games for the kids to play. I cannot thank them enough for giving my kids an amazing stay after we lost our home to a tornado! Will be back very soon to enjoy another stay! We can’t wait

We spent a weekend celebrating my daughter's birthday. The reason for selecting this place was because it has an indoor pool area and they have a warmer. That helps one to go in cold times and still be able to enjoy the pool. It is also an accessible place since it is located on International Drive. Upon arrival, the check-in process was quick. The buffet breakfast included has many options, which is very good. However, they lack someone with the proper leadership to run an operation smoothly. There was a lot of disorder when we went, and you could see a lack of staff in the restaurant. The hotel rooms leave much to be desired; they should offer an update to make it more attractive compared to other hotels nearby that offer similar prices.

We enjoyed our time. The water park is quaint and small, which made it nice to relax as a parent as it was easy to keep an eye on your children. The facility was clean overall. The service was great. The valet was a kind man. The arcade was fun with inviting games. We were there on a day pass through Resort Pass. The only problem we came across was the chlorine in the pool in which my son swam. He actually got out of the pool no more than 30 min later to tell me his eyes were burning. He sure didn't need to explain it to me. I could clearly see that. It was the last pool before you entered into the Waterpark section. After leaving the premises, we drove straight to the ER, where my son was diagnosed with chlorine conjunctivitis. It was very scary hearing and seeing the pain he was in and the symptoms he was describing. To reiterate, he was in that pool a max of maybe 30 minutes. Please check the chlorine levels and protect your guests' eyes. 🙏🏽

Nice place to take your kids, thought the rooms would be a little more resort like feel but it doesn't even compare to a Holiday Inn. Beds are size full so barely fits 2 adults. But having a water park next to your room is great. Breakfast is a little to expensive for what they serve. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Overall my children and I enjoyed our stay, it was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Great location!!

Our stay was from April 22- 25 of 2024. The front desk assistant Fidelia was AMAZINGLY nice, sweet and attentive! All of the staff members were courteous and helpful. The pool and water park were clean and the staff were also attentive. The room itself was okay. The floors had stains and the doors to the other rooms were thin, I could hear everyone's conversation. We opened the shared door and there were mold stains. We were here on vacation for the theme parks and really needed a decent place to sleep. It served that purpose and having access to the pool, water park, and free shuttle to the theme parks were def worth it.
